Some English finally but not nearly enough…
Other operators manage to set up their apps & websites in German and English. Telekom has to get better at this. And hard to find the contact numbers for help in English.
Mediocre.
I choose English as a language on the app. But much of the things remain in German. Even on the same page. It is quite difficult to navigate for me because of this.

The app has been helping and show how much I data I have left. Even if you can access it with internet it’s a pretty good app because everything is simple and straightforward.

The app is a convenient way to access all your Telekom accounts.
Frequently can’t open the app
After the data has run out and the account is logged off, the app seems to be unable to resolve the problem. It requires connecting to a wifi network. Big oversight and problem for a major network provider. They don’t know how to keep the service moving.
Much better app
The recent updates were needed. It is now a much more usable app.
A bit tedious for the frequent use case
It takes ages to load.
OK so I can see the data quota from the Home Screen. But then takes so much to see WHEN it’s going to refresh… why?
Just put it all in the Home Screen. “You have x GB of Y GB left. Next billing cycle in Z days”.
And please no ads. You can place these under announcements.

App works okay but needs to include connected speed info
Telekom could include how much upload and download speed a connection is working at within this app.
Great app, English should be an option.
The app is great, it mirrors what you see on the website. But as a leader in the telecommunications industry and Europe being as diverse as it is. English should be an option in the app.
