App works great so far. It would be nice if the app was optimized for iPad to make it fit the screen. App on mobile phone is too small.

The app is not super user friendly but you can get the job done. I have loved all of the products we ordered and we plan on ordering again.

Love shopping thru the app and not having to login each time

When I add the first item to my cart, a notice appears that I have not met my 35 point minimum order for the month. The notice takes up half of my phone screen making it hard to continue shopping.

I love this app! It makes shopping so much easier. Truly a life changer!

Game changer! I add things to my cart as I think of what I need throughout the month. It’s so much easier to click on an app than to shop via the web. I love reading about each product.

The app has a lot of bugs and is glitchy. Spinning wheel while loading pages and takes a long time to load. Went back to using old app by adding website to home screen on my iPhone. Please make these fixes. Thank you!

Love the products! The app needs to work out some glitches

The UI is too sensitive. Screen touch sensitivity needs to be adjusted. When scrolling, the app thinks I’m clicking on a link. Then I have to go back and I’ve lost my place scrolling - so I have to scroll again and then thinks I’m clicking something else.

I have been using Melaleuca products for 4 years now and I feel so much healthier! Having a clean home since using their nontoxic cleaning products, coupled with their supplements and health boosting immunity bundles have made all the difference! I’ve switched everything over to this brand and now use literally 13 products every morning on my normal routine before work. Thor coffee is fantastic! I also love the essential oil collection as well as the soy candies. I could go on for hours…

The login page could use a little more improvement (visible scroll bar) and I wish that there were 2FA features, but other than that the app is running very well so far!

I want to say I love Melaleuca products and the app was working great, then they updated. Pages won’t load, I can’t scroll past one page. If I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for to search for it I don’t find it. Please fix whatever issue this is.

This app needs improvement. Very slow to load and at times it does not even load. Have to search by the specific item often times because not all items will show. Home Screen never loads.

The last my app was acting up. Today I can’t get in to submit an order!! Please fix this app. The verification that I am human just keeps circulating and won’t advance to allow me to put in my order

I have the hardest time every single month shopping. Takes me forever to get anywhere in the app and the home page never loads.

This app is not great. Pages are slow to load and all products aren’t shown. Makes it difficult to support this company when you can’t shop with ease.

I love the thought of the app. I’ve been hoping to get away from ordering online for a looooong time. However, the app is in major need of improvement. Lots of failed loading screens, had to close out of the app several times and reopen to get pages to load, and app would not allow my order to submit, no matter how many times I reloaded and pushed submit order. Ended up having to log in online anyways just to push submit order.

There is no way to navigate to anything. Pretty much useless. Needs some fixing.

Almost impossible to order anything through this app. The circle of death just spins.
