Mercari: Buying & Selling App App Reviews

It's an excellent app with great products and great ordering, tracking, and receiving technology, but can we please do something about the size options in the filters? When you want a Large Men(42-44), you get that plus Toddler Large, Boys Large, etc…. I want to see the size of prominent men's clothes, and that's it!

I love everything about this app it is by far my go to favorite however, it would be really awesome if we were able to somehow block a person so that we no longer have to see some of the things that get posted repetitively daily and pop up on our notifications, if we are in search of an item ,like if I’m searching for real gold, I do not want to see someone’s gumball machine knock off, pop up in my saved search on a daily basis. I’d like to be able to block that listing or that person.

I love this app so much. I love being able to make a little extra money on the side and also be able to find items I love for much less! One down side though, is the app tends to have a lot of bugs that don’t ever get fixed or addressed. For the past couple months, whatever item I sell is put into my likes or favorites. I will go to unlike the item, but no matter what I do there is no option or way to unlike the item to remove it from my favorites. Hopefully this will be fixed soon :)!

Ok so the alp itself is really great and the sellers are a top notch definitely would recommend this also for people who aim to buy from a seller I suggest to check up first the reviews and if the shop itself is already a prolong business within the map so you could get a wise seller and provider

It was really hard to find a 12 foot skeleton at a reasonable price, and I bought a ceramic old Crow. Also a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the service.

I remember I didn’t receive one of my packages that was sent to me. I reached out to the Mercari team and I was refunded for the whole item in Mercari credits which I used to purchase other items on Mercari. Mercari is such an amazing place to buy and sell.

Won’t let me make a new account

Everytime I go to edit an item that is a dress it glitches and I have to re input the item category and size please fix

Great app. As a seller it was far easier to set up than eBay. Able to get my stuff seen by tons of people. Love being able to talk to potential customers.

I love this app easy to use, awesome to be able to buy and sale across the US. However I’m starting to see scammers on here and it’s very frustrating but this will not detour me from using I will just do my due diligence and research before making my transaction. Thank you Mecari

Good for side Hussle

Mercari is my go to when trying to find unusual oddities. I don’t know what it’s like to sell, but it’s a solid buying experience for the shopper.

Mercari is the best. That’s all I have to say.

Not sure what Mercari’s issue is with letting people make purchases abroad, even though they are using their home currency and shipping it to their home address. There have been many items I wasn’t able to purchase because of this issue. Pure trash.

Most of the used things people sell are a Great Deal! Be careful of the new items. The sellers are more like stores and sometimes they aren’t Great Deals. They can even be higher priced than in stores.

This app is a total Game changer. For years, I’d heard about all these online sites where you could earn extra money. I tried a few of them, but to no avail. Finally, I met the one and guess what she was using? Yes, that’s right, Mercari!!! I love this app and recommend everyone try it!

I loved Mercari until they sent me an email saying I’ve sold $600. No actually I have only sold $356 and have only made myself $304 out of that. They expect us to fill out a w9 now. They are saying the fees they take out and the shipping costs that we also don’t get on our end are part of that total. Are you serious? I’ve been talking with support but all they do is tell me to look at my sales report, we’ll that still doesn’t resolve my issue.

What an easy to use, great application to sell goods online.

Making the payment processing fees go up 20 cents is why I took a star off. Selling and buying on this app can be great, but with fees going up it’s going to ruin selling!

This collector’s haven is WAY TOO MUCH FUN. It’s definitely my most-used app.

Please, my iPad is set up for landscape. It’s fine if you don’t or can’t as a lot of apps, but then please don’t force me to download the app when I’d rather use the desktop version for the orientation.

Loads of traffic here and great security

When buyers purchase item and receive it, it gives us an error saying “Error: Error: this action is invalid” mind you this has been happening for maybe a month now.. when will you fix it???

I have really enjoyed using this Mercari app. It’s very easy to use. I have purchased a few things through this app. And I have not had any kind of problems with anything I’ve purchased.

There should be a way to promote your items without taking off money.

Found my seller to be very reliable, as well as responsible. My item was shipped with 24hrs of my purchase
