no lie : over the years I’ve made $1000s with Mercari ! Literally just ask your people questions everyone is friendly and will answer ! This will be my go to even to find quick items for purchase love it thank you for this !

If you can’t find what you’re looking for at a regular retail store Macari is the place to go!

For years we used our P.O. Box and for some reason this year it’s become an issue - and FORGET ever being able to talk to someone when you call the company! The only reason it gets 3/5 is the SELLERS have been great if I were rating the platform it would be 0/5 for poor communication and overall poor.

Save some money on brands I can’t afford full price just wish shipping wasn’t so high some times other then that love finding things for my children

So I got scam recently. I had ordered some pokemon packs to open for me and my brother collection and the seller had given me fake packs. I sent a return/refund and mecari had accepted it, only problem was that I was extremely busy and was only able to return the fake package the day after the deadline. The customer support was so freaking awesome they gave me a refund and said I didn't need to return the fake packs (did it anyways by accident). Thank you guys so much for helping me not get scam

Did alot of great business with Mercari

I really enjoy Mercari and they have a lot to offer. Their charges can be a little high and hard to handle on tiny items because you are already spending a minimum of $3.99. So if you buy a $3.00 order, it can quickly turn into an $10 purchase with fees and shipping. I also wish they allowed more than 10 items in the cart. It just makes a big bundle hard to create. But for the most part I truly enjoy this APP.

I received my package in 4 days! The package arrived nicely packaged and was brand new as the seller described. All my expectations have been met. I am very pleased with the seller’s services. I’m a bit skeptical about online ordering but this has been a good experience for me. Thank you!

Mercari is almost like eBay, easy to navigate and a sometimes you’ll find different items the other app won’t have. Now the reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because the fees are just out of control! Some items don’t make sense to buy them here.. you can probably find it at the store less expensive. Just sad to see mercari going that route by increasing fee prices.

I buy a lot on Mercari and I’ve only had a cpl of my orders cxcld by the sender, for no apparent reason! But 99% of my items are exactly what I wanted and most sellers will answer any questions you have! Thx👍🏻♥️

Easy to find what I was looking for,,, good price too

It's an excellent app with great products and great ordering, tracking, and receiving technology, but can we please do something about the size options in the filters? When you want a Large Men(42-44), you get that plus Toddler Large, Boys Large, etc…. I want to see the size of prominent men's clothes, and that's it!

I love everything about this app it is by far my go to favorite however, it would be really awesome if we were able to somehow block a person so that we no longer have to see some of the things that get posted repetitively daily and pop up on our notifications, if we are in search of an item ,like if I’m searching for real gold, I do not want to see someone’s gumball machine knock off, pop up in my saved search on a daily basis. I’d like to be able to block that listing or that person.

I love this app so much. I love being able to make a little extra money on the side and also be able to find items I love for much less! One down side though, is the app tends to have a lot of bugs that don’t ever get fixed or addressed. For the past couple months, whatever item I sell is put into my likes or favorites. I will go to unlike the item, but no matter what I do there is no option or way to unlike the item to remove it from my favorites. Hopefully this will be fixed soon :)!

Ok so the alp itself is really great and the sellers are a top notch definitely would recommend this also for people who aim to buy from a seller I suggest to check up first the reviews and if the shop itself is already a prolong business within the map so you could get a wise seller and provider

It was really hard to find a 12 foot skeleton at a reasonable price, and I bought a ceramic old Crow. Also a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the service.

I remember I didn’t receive one of my packages that was sent to me. I reached out to the Mercari team and I was refunded for the whole item in Mercari credits which I used to purchase other items on Mercari. Mercari is such an amazing place to buy and sell.

Won’t let me make a new account

Everytime I go to edit an item that is a dress it glitches and I have to re input the item category and size please fix

Great app. As a seller it was far easier to set up than eBay. Able to get my stuff seen by tons of people. Love being able to talk to potential customers.

I love this app easy to use, awesome to be able to buy and sale across the US. However I’m starting to see scammers on here and it’s very frustrating but this will not detour me from using I will just do my due diligence and research before making my transaction. Thank you Mecari

Good for side Hussle

Mercari is my go to when trying to find unusual oddities. I don’t know what it’s like to sell, but it’s a solid buying experience for the shopper.

Mercari is the best. That’s all I have to say.

I’ve always enjoyed buying and selling on Mercari because I felt protected. Had my first issue since using the app and Mercari didn’t protect my purchase. My package arrive empty and it was obvious it happened en route. The post office felt otherwise due to weight. The item was light as a feather so the weight wouldn’t have been any different. You could tell by my photos the package seal came undone while in transit..not the item being taken after delivery from my mailbox. So I’m out my purchase

Platform isn’t bad except for the excessive fees

I used to come to Mercari more than eBay or Facebook market place but since their recent update of buyers paying fees I have been doing more with eBay again. It’s to bad but it is what it is.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. The item I received did not match its description, leaving me with no recourse. Additionally, unexpected fees are imposed on almost every transaction, including sales and transfers of funds. This is a stark departure from the user-friendly experience the app offered just two years ago.
