I just upgraded to a new iPhone Max pro and added this game to it because I love the game and I was at a high level. I don’t want to have to start over again. On my new phone, there isn’t anywhere I can actually sign into the game with my ID. I’d love to change my review to 5 stars. But I can’t seem to get in touch to get help with this issue. The stupid weekly challenge will not load keeps saying check internet connection there is nothing wrong with my connection it only does it on this app I really like playing the game but I don't think I can stand this crap much longer I just want to play the game not sit and waste time waiting for it to not load the challenge

I love this game but the latest update made it so endless mode doesn’t work and the gifts to do stuff don’t work right either :(

Loved this game BUT last 2 days not getting credits when I watch ads and can’t get any tech support for this problem! Very sad!!!

I’ve been playing this for awhile and the game has stopped working at level 344, so I guess I’m done playing it.

When I get to level 304, it never opens and only takes my lives away.

The game now crashes every time I play it.

Loved this game, but it won’t let me past level 304. Just keeps taking my lightening away.

Waiting and waiting on new levels

This game is fun but will not let me advance to level 228. I’ve passed all the other levels and when I press level 228, it takes energy from me but will not move me forward. It’s a bummer.

Once you get to the higher levels the game crashes constantly. Which is too bad because the game is fun. Just need to fix the crashing.

I have played for weeks and suddenly it crashes.

Fun game. However latest update has locked the screen for several days so I have been unable to play. Will be deleting soon if it’s not fixed.

Current ads cause black screen, which can only be cleared by restarting app. Good game mechanic, and ads are (previously) not intrusive. Now, however, game is unplayable.

It’s a great game to play but all the ads don’t make me want to get premium they honestly just make me want to delete the game. I won’t recommend this to anyone unless they are willing to pay :( This game has so much potential.

I love the game but too many adds

But when I got to level 31 the game kept crashing. Reinstalling the game put me back to level 1. Not good guys. Now I don’t want to start again.

Confuse on how to play, move on to next game and forced to go through ads.

but right now I can’t. Like the concept and the levels. Unfortunately, I’ve had it less than a week and have had to restart it about half of the times I’ve played it due to it freezing up. Fix the bugs and I might give it another chance.

I love this game but this game keeps freezing so much I’ve had to close out on games I would of won with the last move. It’s infuriating.

I like the game but it freezes all the time and it's normally at the end of the game. There are also wayyyy to many ads. I've also noticed every time the Facebook ad pops up I have to close the game and restart.

Fun but every level has an ad boo.
