7 Positive User Reviews for MeterUP Parking

latest update is not great

latest update doesn't open to my current parking session like it used to (even though that's the only reason i'm opening this app), and generally acts a little buggy; overall more convenient than feeding quarters to a machine but still.

Fantastic app

Easy convenient. Finally an app for parking that is useful.

Apple Watch app?

It would be great if you made an app to use with Apple Watch, so we could receive notifications and extend parking time right from the watch.

4 Negative User Reviews for MeterUP Parking

Beware of Surge Pricing

I was parked in center city, and was paying $3 an hour. I went to extend 2 more hours and they wanted me to pay $18. I walked out to the street to the kiosk, and it was still $6 for two hours. Great app, just be on the lookout for the unusual price hikes.

App won’t leave Dynamic Island

This app works ok most of the time but everytime I park the app constantly remains in the dynamic island. Closing the app does nothing. Turning off notifications does nothing. The only way to remove it is to delete the app.

Does not sync with PPA

I have gotten THREE tickets after paying in this app! Now I have to take time out of my day to dispute these tickets and provide bank info to the parking company. This app USED to be flawless now it’s completely USELESS if I am still getting a ticket after paying for parking! Please fix this!

Better to use the meter

The app alerts every meter maid in the vicinity that your parking is about to expire-- in other words, they are waiting nearby and within two minutes to expiring, are already issuing a ticket. You can use the app at first, then the price jumps up. Not good if you are watching every penny. Did you know an annual parking permit is $35? If you are like me, in an area with almost no parking, the only solution is to ditch the car. Philly is vicious against drivers. Too many cars, makes sense. (C
