6 Positive User Reviews for Metrolink

Needs a few modifications

Please add a feature where we can add favorite trains. This way there’s an easy way to see schedule delays/cancellations. It’s ridiculous to have to click through the app every day to find a train(s) someone rides everyday to ensure it’s on time.

5 Negative User Reviews for Metrolink

App works but needs work

The navigation on this app is lazy at best. There’s an issue where if you navigate into certain menus you can’t navigate back to your ticket or vice versa without killing the app. Do better. Please.

New versions GLITCH

Well first thing if you click in App Store on App support link “page not found”. The main problem is cellular connectivity in the last two versions of the App. I cannot login to Metrolink App, or purchase tickets unless I’m on WiFi or Someone else’s Hotspot. I called the 800# and they referred it somewhere? I haven’t heard back yet.

Spam

I started getting text messages to pay tolls or get penalty. Somehow it got my phone number when i downloaded this app. Beaware.

Needs major updating for push notifications

I find it super annoying when there’s a delay or a train cancelation once I already arrive at the train station. I wish there was a feature where I can get notifications for the specific train line I usually take notifying me of a train cancellation or delay immediately so I don’t waste my time and money in the mornings when I have to go to work. This app would be golden if it had that.

Over complicated

Great for buying tickets but beyond that you’re on your own. You have to jump between screens to see what you want. Luckily there are helpful station agents at LA union station to give you track numbers when you only have 10 minutes to transfer trains.
