First time using Park Air and the valet drivers are very courteous! I’m sold! Will be using all the time now!

Was able to find a parking garage in Nashville for a concert within feet of venue. Drove in, parked, drove out and it was paided for The downloaded app with your information instantly sends you a text with time you pulled in and sends you a texted with your receipt when you pull out. I was fined twice because I forgot to update my license plate, and they couldn’t have been nicer about helping me figure out what had happened and removing the fines.

Please add push/email/text notification reminders. Did not see in the app.

The whole ordeal went smoothly but I have a handicap parking permit and it wasn’t acknowledged

This was my second visit this year, I got the App after my first visit, it took all the hassle out of parking and 3 appointments, it was seamless.

Glad it is so easy to park and pay that is cheaper for Me than Uber each day

I was driving a couple different rentals while my car was in the shop and worried about whether the garage would recognize the different cars. Through the app you can easily add/remove vehicles, update payment/subscription info, and the system updates instantly so I was never stuck waiting at the exit. The app has everything you need and it’s very user friendly.

Close to lots of restaurants. Great location. Decent 24 hr price.

The easiest parking experience I have had while in Austin!! A little creepy though, it automatically recognized my cellphone and sent a text so I set up the app. Leaving the garage was as simple as a text of the receipt.

What’s up with the $.99 service fee? I mean come on! What a bummer!

You have to scan the QR code everytime you want to pay for parking. If I’m on the train trying to pay I cannot because the QR code is at the station inside of the inside the cart. The app doesn’t allow you to pick the location and pay which is a huge default in the app that I wish they would change.

Drop off was great and easy. Using the app to pay and request my car was even easier. My problem came when I walked out of the airport to pick up my car. There were no signs of where my car would be when I finally found my car the valet attendant explained that he didn’t want to pull my car up to the airport because he didn’t want to deal with the traffic. When I explained that if he wasn’t going to pull up to the airport he needed to have a sign of where to go he proceeded to tell me at least m
