Opened up MeWe and now get a dark mode screen making it difficult to read and maneuver through topics. And can’t seem to find a way to change it back to where it was.

The app doesn’t allow us to change the Theme back to the original version. A lot of users are frustrated with it and have chosen to leave the platform. This needs addressing immediately.

Why did the app background suddenly change to black? Yuck! I just closed the app without reading anything because the “darkness” felt suffocating.

Multiple issues with this updated. Scripted font gone. Constant dark theme. People’s profile pics made MeWe emojis. People not able to join groups included when invited by a group member. People being booted from groups without an admin blocking issue.

I really love using MeWe because it feels like social media the way it should be—simple, private, and genuine. I get to connect with people and communities that matter to me without all the noise of ads or algorithms deciding what I see. It’s refreshing to have control over my experience again. MeWe truly feels like a space built for real people and real conversations.

Please give us back our white theme and give different types of them, nature and so many more.

Love that when I click on a notification from this app it just crashes immediately upon opening. Love that if I’m in the middle of replying to a friend the app will also crash and close, deleting everything I had written without a care in the world. Love how absolutely non functional it is because of how often it crashes and doesn’t allow for me to even so much as check in on my friends because oh look at that it’s closing all on its own again. Truly incredible app.

Love the way we can express our selfs

I’ve never had any issues or problems with the app but now all a of a sudden it logged me out & it keeps telling me my “email in invalid”. It’s all the right information but it doesn’t log me in.

I I joined back in 2021 to get away from the craziness of Facebook. Never looked back

Update: fixed after iPadOS update. The login screen is broken. Now when you attempt to login using email credentials, an alert pops up wanting you to use your phone number?!?! The screen clearly says email.

My notifications are not working. I have gone into the settings and made sure they are turned on but I still get nothing. Can you help me?

SoI just updated my app logged out and went to log back in and now I hit the app icon and then it just goes back to my home screen after logging out and trying to log back in. It will not let me log back in Way to go with your update can you please fix it? 2.19.25

here's hoping MeWe can write a better iPad app soon, this version that pushing now is super janky, it's like the iPhone app inside of a browser - doesn't work very well, not a joy to use at all

I left Facebook 4 years ago, and move my groups to mewe. It’s no hassle, no censorship, no bull crap, it’s laid back.

For anyone who thinks MeWe is free from Censorship- don’t believe it. I have been censored repeatedly in my messages multiple times since the change at Twitter. I believe they have migrated to MeWe to censor Conservative views. I have screenshots of the deleted messages and Federal Court is the next step.

MEWE isn’t a bad social group, it’s okay. But sometimes it’s not always easy to post pictures or videos… Some of the different groups are cool too, I think it’s good to have open discussion on many different subjects, Okay I’m interested in Cosplay and I’ve dressed up as both Wonder Woman and Superman. mini give in different emojis, sometimes they’re a nice one similar OK and others if you have been meaning been a few trolls two can be hateful as well. I know I ask for it,when ever I post pictur

Need view. I shouldn’t have to search through the app to view all salient aspects of MeWe as is available on the web page. Please flesh out the margins in iPad app to look more like the web page.please respond. Thanks. Please fix this issue

Would be five star but for the double and triple copies of comments in chat. Happens way too often.

It was an ok platform. Wouldn’t say it’s fantastic. However since getting my iPhone 14 Pro I can no longer even open the app. Checked for updates and everything. It just closes 1 second after clicking to open.

Lately there have been many issues with messages glitching, not sending, vanishing, or sending in multiples! Please help us sort that out!

Hey, I like the app, which still needs some work to say. But I can say the app isn't auto-updating as you said. I'm on iPhone and already have auto-update for apps on way before having Mewe. Even if you say it should update due to that. But I still have to manually update it

Hi developers of MEWE I just wanted to let you know incase you haven’t gotten feedback about it yet that our main chats are not working properly where we can try sending a message and it takes forever to where we have to try again for it not to work I hope it’s a bug that is getting fix soon because I don’t like how normal chats are not working

Just got on MeWe left Facebook too many restrictions and locking my account. Left like the information you sent out.

I love this app. Not one side is the photos load slow. Anyway you can fix that?

Good app but it hasn’t improved or advanced any since I’ve been on it.

Love this app. My only real gripe is that the chat bar (that you type in) for group or private messages always drops down after sending a message. This means if I want to continue the conversation I have to constantly tap the bottom to bring the chat keyboard back up. It’s annoying if I’m writing while sending a pic that it drops in process. This had worked perfectly until months ago then it makes chatting such a hassle. Otherwise it’s a flawless app and deserves five stars

When the app load up, it’s fine but as soon as the feed updates the screen is covered over by something trying unsuccessfully to load. I assume it’s the premium add, but it’s not coming through so I can’t do anything on the app.

Why dark theme ain’t for free , the only problem about the app

Perfect to use this platform and find people who are going in the same direction to interact without censorship or meaningless rules. A basic right that is freedom can be put into practice in MeWe. Something so natural and logical. The freedom of expression.

I love MeWe, everything about it but I can’t get in to my account on any of my devices. When I try to reset password I never get the email with the reset info. I tried to set up a new account but it won’t let me do that either.
