Slow

App is decent for the most part but it’s soooo slow anymore. Just trying to look up rates and book a room takes forever.

Profile and rewards not working

Can’t pull my profile up, can’t see rewards, can’t do anything with the app but see advertisements

Mgm app

The app is great for navigating your stay and helping you accommodate your stay. But the one thing that kept this rating from being 5 stars is if you happen to arrive early to the hotel for whatever reason the app still makes you wait until almost 3pm to check in. And that's horrible when your watching everyone else come in after you and walk up to the desk and get rooms. Please fix that MGM!!!!!

Too many bugs!

The app gets so laggy when trying to book a room! Definitely needs some work!
