45 Positive User Reviews for Microsoft Authenticator
Fantastic ease of use and secured
This app prevented an unauthorized login attempt to my email two days in a row! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Requires a little trial and error to setup or add account due to less descriptive input prompts.
Glad there’s an easy to use Authenticator app. This seems to be a good one so far. 🤘🏽❤️🥰
Started using with Microsoft products but keep adding more and more, this is so easy and so secure.
Best App iv ever downloaded. Makes logging into any website ez-pz
Sometimes the apps functionality appropriately and at times it does not. It has the tendency to go in a continuous loop between outlook and the app
When I first starting using this for my college email it was great, I got the code easily and put it in. More recently, however, I open the Outlook app and it asks me to verify so I open the Authenticator and that’s where it asks me for a code from the Authenticator app which it never showed me. If I go back to Outlook and click “open Authenticator” it opens the app and still asks for the same code which I still cannot see because it wants me to input the code first. I have become super frustrat
Okay my life and passwords was a BIG joke and took up more time than I’d care to disclose. This app I’ve had a couple days and finally getting the hang of how to use it. All I can say is THANK YOU my future in the password world just got ALOT simpler. Very good app!
The app on the phone works fine, but my company uses the kind of push notification that makes you type a number in the app, and that is not supported on the Apple Watch. If you added this functionality the app would be SO MUCH more convenient for me to use.
Not being able to recover when switching from iPhone to android or vice versa is honestly inexcusable. Otherwise good app.
I really want to be an all inclusive app for passwords as well. Please have name field as well as folders in password sections . I have to manage over 100 different passwords and being able to group them by name or folders like bitwarden is much easier. Other wise this app would be perfect
Yes, it works. Yes, it’s secure, stable, low-latency and reasonably accessible. One cannot, however, back it up meaningfully; when it restores, accounts must be reauthenticated. This is a major PIMA.
The latest version fixed my issue with authentication not loading/working from Apple Watch.
Just need to check time zone difference in mail notifications could confuse the user if they are multinational but great work girls and boys mis you! #muchlove
Reliable 2FA and passwordless sign in. Seamless backup and recovery. Autofill for passwords and addresses if desired.
New to Authenticator ./. It’s confusing. I’m sure as I use it more it will come with ease.
I switched to Authy because your Apple Watch app doesn't function - can't get past initial setup. I'll switch back to your app the moment the Watch app works
The app works just fine, I hope it backs up to the cloud so I don’t get locked out of my accounts in the event of app failure!
Great so far. Need dark mode please!
This has become by far my favorite authenticator, even for non MS apps. Adding new services is as easy as scanning a QR code. And logging in with this app, protected by Face ID, is easier than using separate complex passwords.
I am Using this Authenticator App for security in My Microsoft Account and is safe and easy… I will recommend it… thanks
The first thing I noticed was not a big deal the first time...then it complied with the same as the first one...
This way better than google Authenticator because you can backup the data in iCloud so if your phone gets lost you’ll be able to access the codes with another device
Ive been using this app awhile the only problem is sometimes it doesn’t sync with my iPad. So I am missing sites
I use outlook alll the time! I love Microsoft!
The app is extremely easy to use and very convenient.
Solid, secure and convenient MFA App. A nice update would enable the app to deliver notifications if a user chooses to enable that feature instead of having to launch the Authenticator app manually.
App works great. Easy to use and integrate with other apps. But once you start connecting a lot of apps, it’s hard to find the codes you need. Just add a search option to make it infinitely easier to use.
Works great, but need a dark theme. 🙂
I have so many different mfa accounts in the app, it’s almost impossible to find the app from the list to grab the code, could you please consider adding a search?
I have more than 50 accounts setup and it’s a hassle to scroll through my entire list
Latest update restored notifications/mirroring in watchOS for a much quicker, easier authentication process.
Why do some btc addresses authenticate but others don’t???
One of my favorite apps and I love how secure and practical it is!
Look up googles auth app, it’s dog water. This one is great.
من افضل تطبيقات المصادقة
This app helped me see how much fraud mb commits with his fake notary job
It’s not giving me the prompt.
The UI is better, I can see all my saved passwords from Microsoft edge in the app, it’s easy to use l, everything is better
Works great. Needs to have a dark theme/mode.
This is my preferred MFA app over Google, Duo, and others that I have used. Everything just works and it seems to be able to integrate with anything. My favorite feature is the password-less logins to things like my MS account.
The program is so useful, but it is necessary to provide a copy for the Mac & PC.
This app is quick & Efficient!!
Better than phone verification if traveling abroad and not being able to use US sim.
