Have used this app to take digital copies of my notes. Has never let me down.

Did exactly as I wanted it too. Fine-tuning of the image once you’ve taken it is great for black & white documents as it really adds some contrast by brightening up the white and darkening the black text. Looking forward to using this more

The app takes pictures in great quality and is just amazing for a free tool, it re-adjusts pictures and upscale the quality of them. No complaints

Eliminated the need for a fax machine and/or scanner. This app is awesome!

Microsoft Office Lens is like having a good quality scanner in your phone. When you have a photo, a document, or even a whiteboard or sign Lens can capture it for you. It copes with almost any photo I take and makes them look like I used a good quality office scanner.

Microsoft’s scanning app on an iPad is the perfect tool for scanning the many pages of oversized books filled with old news clippings. The art guild to which I belong is able to save 45 years of guild history using these tools.

I laugh at anyone in an office, or personal environment using a big clunky cable tethered and slow desktop scanner. Your phone is always on you and ready, why not use it to scan!? Microsoft lens offers exactly that. It's quick cropping and perspective correction is fantastic. One of my favorite apps. MS Please Fix: I crop into docs and whiteboard images daily and it still has junk 1-2px border when placing on PPT or Any White Background!??!? Fix it please!!!!

I needed to scan some documents and some of the scanning app has watermark and some of them needs money. Lens is free, from a trusted company, and is ad/purchase free, I love it!

A Handy Document Scanner In My Pocket!

Works great for PDFs and photos, I only wish it was more obvious how to change compression levels. It is possible, but it is a little hidden.

This app has changed my routine and saved me lots of time!! It scans perfectly and it’s easy to email it to myself!! It’s like scanning for dummies so I love it!

It’s so easy to use. Saves tons of time if you send digital documents. You can avoid shadows on your document by shooting at an angle and the app corrects the perspective. Plus it’s free 😀

It is a good app. Simple. Does just what you need. No intrusive adds or anything. But boy is it frustrating that it doesn’t combine scans from one session into one pdf. Scan an 18 page document and have 18 pdfs come out? Sure. What I really want is to be able to easily combine pages into one pdf before uploading.

I've used this app for years. It does its job perfectly: I aim my camera at some book or document or whiteboard, it finds the edges instantly, and crops at the right boundaries. No more skewed photos of paper documents! And the text OCR works great too.

This is by far my favorite Microsoft app. It works as expected. And even when it crashes, it recovers smoothly preserving the ongoing work.

Amazing documentary photos

The functionality is great to pick out the document and reshape it. You can’t choose where it saves or under what name, though, which would make it 5 stars.

I’m not very good at technology. But after having a friend convince me to get this app I can actually send clear messages and pictures. I watched the YouTube video and it made it more understandable. Thanks
