With all the providers, services, platforms I work with, it would be prohibitively overwhelming without outlook. Thank you
This is so goodddddd I love it I will always use it
A way better than gmail
Outlook is amazing for work or school or just emails
Great and helpful app.
Do find Outlook as a wonderful connection for my work email, yet the latency in sending or receiving email sometimes is a bit slower from iPhone. It will most times save the email as a draft but it may be caused by the reception of cell service. I do enjoy using Outlook!
Thanks for the services
I have had this email address since I was in middle school or high school. I’m 38 years old. Of course, at that time it was known as hotmail. I have not had a problem, ever.
I love that i can get my work emails in a timely matter never an issue at all.

System keeps me organized
The notification sound no longer works. I did a reinstall of the app. Worked about a day and again email alert sounds don’t work.

Over the years Microsoft has made great improvements in their mobile apps. Outlook has a cleaner interface now than ever before. HOWEVER, one major feature that is lacking is account synchronization. Outlook requires you to sign into each account separately on each device. Other email apps will automatically add all your accounts when you sign into one on another device.
Getting other people email is not good and what I save In folders are gone I have other people with my email been going on for 2 years now
Keep this feature and others….tutorials would be helpful too!!
The built-in unsubscribe button does not seem to work even though I receive a confirmation that I have been unsubscribed from the email list. If it weren't for this, I would give 5 stars for my review.
I Changed my review, Edge is a stellar browser, and my links opening in it doesn’t bother me anymore now that FaceID works for my logins inside the browser! It’s actually a beautiful browser! I literally don’t change reviews after being forced into a change, but it was the right decision by Microsoft! Dang that crow tastes awful!
Without fail ❤️ keep up the good work girls and boys #muchlove
I have been satisfied with outlook email
I love outlook but would love to see the capability to categorize by color in the calendar on smart devices.
Anyone who doesn’t use the Outlook app for work emails is nuts. I wish it was slightly easier to schedule Teams meetings, and it NEEDS the option to attach signatures. An email without a signature is a giant flag that it was sent from a phone, but that doesn’t mean it’s less professional.
I haven’t received any emails since Saturday December 31,2022
Easy to follow and extremely organized, keeps me in check for sure!
Thank you for making the Outlook app so easy to use with the VoiceOver screen reader. It makes a world of difference for those of us who are blind.
Very good platform
Been a Hotmail user since ‘96. The latest iPad app is a joke - almost impossible to delete or block notes. Switching to gmail.
The Microsoft Outlook mail app for iOS is a simple, easy to use mail app which gives you everything you need with no advertisements.
Everything is set up for you and it’s the best 🤭
I wish the email trails were easier to follow as they seem to add all emails related even if the same people aren’t copied Which makes me concerned when responding as it’s not always clear who all I responding to easily
Love the app user interface and the way it works
Sure there a couple different quality email systems out there but I’m tied into a couple university accounts for teaching. Everything is two factor and secure login. Microsoft Authenticator makes this seamless, directs my on my iPhone and I’m done and in. Then I close the app and locked you have my fingerprint. To me, never been easier and given all the mechanics is pretty darn amazing.
It has many great features, like the ability to easily make email messages full screen. My biggest complaint is folder management. I still haven’t figured out how to add, delete or rename my folders. I don’t do this very often and don’t recall how I set them up. Help is difficult to find. Update 8/6/22 - Folder management is still a problem. Guess they don’t read these comments.
Great email client on iOS with superior calendar to the native calendar. Love the snooze feature for emails. My biggest frustration and only reason not to give 5 stars is the inability to utilize categories from the iOS version of the app. Otherwise this is a very easy to use and great mobile email and calendar app
Hello,I use the Outlook App every day, one of the frustrating behaviors is that when I leave the app, to launch a link from the email or to answer a message on another app, and when I go back to the Outlook App, the body of the email doesn’t remember its last position and it resets to the top; meaning I have to scroll down and remember where I was in the body of the email. The iPhone version does remember its last position on the email and I can continue reading where I left off, could the code
Gracias!!!💪👍👌🤟✌️♥️
Dear Outlook, The only thing I don’t enjoy is your icon, because it looks so much like that of Word on my screen. Thank you, Ann
Supports multiple accounts. User interface is good. Unfortunately it’s functions are very different from the PS and OS versions. Specifically, macros for sorting and filtering emails are gone. Also flagging junk mail takes too many button presses. Just needs some user interface tweaking for five star rating.
I really love outlook so far. Just add more filtering option.
I have been using Outlook IOS for 10 yrs & Outlook Desktop for 20 yrs. I have tried numerous email apps, but none meets the functionality & performance of Outlook IOS. Download it & look no further!
Hi there, I am a non-traditional student and I find Microsoft Outlook easy to manage, and grateful for CUNY Students to have Free access. Thanks Microsoft. Lucy C.
It would be great to pin & flag messages on the top of inbox on the mobile app
It has a lot of flaws but overall is a good product. Cust support is strong with tenacity to resolve the issue and great follow up.
It helps to be able to use it on my phone it’s awesome. I do wish we could star some that are like talking about our upcoming classes and stuff so we can go strait to it gives us information that we need for the classes
