Very nice set up

Somehow I was scammed into switching to a Smart Home paid app by Midea. If they offer to migrate you, REFUSE! It’s a money grab and is a pain!

Works well- good capacity!

TLDR: 😑 A one star rating doesn’t make sense to me, unless the UI is predatory and a danger to the well-being of others. Account set up is simple and when working the app UI is can be sufficient. And then the dreaded message. How many times must I create an account with the same email and password, only to see this recurring message? After setting up my account, getting the AC connected, creating a schedule, logout, login again, does it log me out at random, wherein I’m unable to login with

Compact and easy to use after I installed the app. I couldn’t get the continuous drain icon to come up using the up and fill arrow. Only through the app could I get it to turn on.

Don’t like that I got to migrate to another app I like this one better Midea why?

Took a few tries to get connected, finally worked. But where is this SmartHome app we're supposed to migrate to? Searched the app store and could not find. Also please fix having to log in all the time. I think this may have something to do with logging in from different devices.

App works great once you’re signed in, but you frequently get signed out when using your Apple ID. (The “Sign In with Apple” button) It is rather annoying. It says the network is bad but I have no internet trouble at all and my connection thing works fine with all other apps and devices.

I am blind so I was intimidated at first, but I am used to programming that has not previously considered blindness and how they program which can cause errors in the flow of information and sometimes even buttons or links will not work even though it's announced as such. With this software I found it very easy to move through and register, but it was only lacking a notification that it has sent an email and that I would need to click it before I could login. Life saver app, think the remote just died and I just found the app.

The ac in general is absolutely amazing. YET, while adding to google home, I’m able to change the mode and swing option but the temp is unable to change via google home. It does work with google home while in Celsius, yet when switching to Fahrenheit, my google assistant states, the AC temp requested is out of range. If possible, a little work with Fahrenheit and google home. Seems to be a bug and I’m not the only one experiencing it. I’ve seen other articles on Reddit saying the same issue. Ple

I’m beyond tired of having to re login to the app to control my ac by my phone. It always has issues connecting or remembering me. Y’all need to fix the glitch

Too often when I try to open the app it forces me to log-in and then gives an error saying, “Poor Network Quality” even though I’m on WiFi and sitting between the router and the device. Issues saving schedules. The app is better than nothing, I suppose, though only just.
