It works fine but you need the card.

When I try to use only the app, it usually doesn’t work, but the card works perfectly. The problem is that if you don’t live in the country or don’t own an EV, you can’t get the card. Miio should solve this by making the card available locally — in stores, supermarkets, and even at rental agencies.

Needs help…

The app at the stations is clunky. Hard to follow and not intuitive. Good effort though and hopeful improvements coming.

Rarely available or working

Chargers are rarely available or frequently not working. Only 1/10 spots available, but the available spot charger is not working. Only 1/10 of the chargers is actually in use. The rest are people parking but not charging. So frustrating. I think only 2/10 visits am I actually able to successfully charge. 😔😮‍💨
