The app works well. No issues. Not happy about the rates. Miles came on the scene as the cheaper way to get around congested cities. Now it’s the most expensive. Only in the worst situations where nothing is moving will you pay a higher minutely rate using another provider.

I was stuck in Munich due to unprecedented snowfall which put the city in chaos and transportation paralysis. No planes, no trains to get out. I am from Norway and when I heard of this car rental app I thought it will not be possible for me to use it. But to my surprise I was able to sign up, make pictures of my drivers license and my passport, find a car and rent it to drive to Stuttgart from where I could reach Frankfurt for my next flight. Hi, when will the app support apple wallet or at least storing multiple credit cards so it’s easy to switch between? Sometimes I rent for business and would like to use a second card for expenses.

Found an issue while trying to verify my US phone number, said to contact support. Their chat support is useless and after back and forth of nonsense with a robot they said they’d forward my request to an agent to reach out back by email? Completely inefficient. Also I can’t book a ride or do anything with the app without this step, so I guess I’ll just unninstal.

The passport scan issue doesn’t work for some reason. Can’t use the app.

If you’re from outside the EU/UK (Americans, Aussies, Kiwis, etc) don’t bother downloading this app. Your drivers license is not valid and they will not manually validate it. I’ve had my license for 15+ years and I was rejected. I am in Germany temporarily for work so, there’s no reason to get a German license. I can rent a car from any major car rental agency for days or weeks but not rent a car for one hour? Ooookay.
