Love it get the app

Very practical

I started to see change in the app And the Miles and More program about 1 year ago, and I continue to see positive changes. Much, much friendlier to use. Very good offers in the program. Wish one could get awarded with extra miles, or better seats for a period ( ie discounted premium economy or business seats) just to encourage loyalty and … flying. Also, Can you “subscribe” to premium seats for a set price for certain routes?

Hate that everything you click on takes you out of the app to a website. Why bother with the app. I can just go to a website. Then.. this isn’t app’s fault but the new stats program… feel like it’s a big drop. I not been in Lufthansa hubs for 5 years and stayed loyal. … don’t see a reason to continue now. Been a senator since 2006.

I find that app much easier to work with than the website looking for award space especially for award tickets

Must use browser to redeem for anything else.

I was asked to “update” personal info & subscriptions, but no way to save or to close app without losing all changes. Also US country code flag defaults to some unfamiliar flag. Given that everything else about Lufthansa is “Klasse”, you really need to test & fix this App. Pretend it’s an aircraft…
