There are a TON of Minesweeper clones on the App Store. I’ve tried several, and this one is definitely the best. From its clean UI to its wealth of customization options to its generous and entirely cosmetic unlock system. I particularly love the ways it tries to advance Minesweeper as a puzzle game. Love the “remove guessing” option, feels a bit like cheating but it’s nice to not have a good game come down to a few coin flips at the end. Gives you the option to spend in game coins to keep a round going after hitting a bomb. Does everything you want it to.

Update: Read dev note; Thanks for letting me know. Updated stars!! The UI I placed well, tiles are precise and accurate. But from the small amount of time I played, I hit a lot of “the mine could be anywhere” moments and had to guess a tile or hit another random tile to open up more options. It’s like some of the other chess puzzle apps where you have multiple ways to solve a puzzle, but your forced to do the specific move they want even if you have to blunder. I like how it keeps the game simp

Very similar to the original + doesn’t shove ads in your face every few seconds. There are ads but they’re not unbearable. It’s also very customizable.

This game i first played when i was about 7 years old. It teaches logic and is adaptive to all skill levels. Back before video games could rot your head

Playing the extreme version of this game is a sneaky way for making sure your brain can quickly solve simple equations and theorems and, when necessary, calculate probabilities. It’s so much fun you forget that it’s a mind exercise.

I used to use a different minesweeper app, but in recent years it had been slowly taken over by ads so I began the search for a new one. I downloaded a few and this one was by far the best. There are still ads but they aren’t nearly as intrusive as other apps and there’s an option to spend $2.99 to go ad free, which since I play enough is worth it to me. Along with all that, it has a very unique and neat design. Good app, happy with my decision!

I got addicted to minesweeper because of the google game, but this app has fed my addiction especially with all the fun colors and themes. The app controls are also easy to use, which just enhances the experience. 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I tried plenty of the minesweeper apps on here and this is objectionably the best one. They add new themes every so often.

This app is EASILY the best developed among other minesweeper apps. I recommend paying for the ad-free version bc it is easy to sync onto other devices. Also I love the theme customization on this app. I hope they come out with more soon!

There’s an annoying bug where I try to hold down to flag and I instantly lose instead

I was looking for a nice, sleek but also nostalgic minesweeper game & this one Is It. No on -screen ads. There are only full-screen ads once you lose or finish the game which is better than an annoying little ad on the bottom of the screen. I really love all the themes you can unlock w/ points. Thumbs up dev!! ( this game is the bomb, lol )

i love minesweeper, but most apps for it are absolute garbage. this one is amazing, not too easy, and allows you to switch to ‘easy-flag’ mode with one obviously placed button. i love it and i’m happy to be playing the game again!

This is an awesome classic minesweeper. Has options to change it into different colors and styles. I recommend to pay and get rid of the ads. Very nice and relaxing.

Everything is just how i want it only sometimes when i lose i get an ad that wont close. I have to close the app but then I can’t continue playing with coins. I have to start a new match. I don’t know if this is me or the game but it’s frustrating.

The only complaint I have is that the algorithm for creating a guess free board times out too quickly on the extreme difficulty. 30 seconds is not enough. This leaves that difficulty to be unpredictable. Not sure if that would stretch the limits of the hardware.

I like playing minesweeper while I’m bored. Fun time killer in my opinion. The ads aren’t too bad either so every time I finish a round or loose there’s not an ad every time so thank you game dev :)

It brings back so many good memories from the times of Windows 95. Still one of my favorite games of all time!

I’m not bombarded with ads every time I lose and it has the best classic feeling

Once I had everything set up to my liking (the default setting was too sensitive and set off a lot of unintentional mines), this became really enjoyable to play. But in way too many games I’ve faced having to guess between two squares, either of which could be a mine according to the surrounding numbers. It’s annoying to deploy logic effectively across the board, and then lose from being forced to guess. I don’t think guessing is the point of the game. Is this a bug, or is it an unavoidable cons

I’ve only been playing for a few days, but so far, this is one of the most carefully and thoughtfully designed games I’ve played. I’m loving it.

There is no “guess free” mode as advertised. Otherwise, its an acceptable rendition of Minesweeper

This game is really good, I don’t usually review games but this one is definitely deserving of five stars!!!!

Can anyone explain how to change the game difficulty? I’ve read every option in settings one by one and nothing :(

Guess free mode will not work on extreme difficulty, I have put it on 30s and tried for around 5-10 minutes.
