Best phone plan
I’ve been using for a couple of months and it’s very convenient and affordable. Plus I got a new phone and it was very easy to switch to the new phone.

Every time I try to log in it sends me the text but never lets me get passed the front page and continues to send me texts even after I say allow
Make the switch
When I switched I thought because how inexpensive it was that the coverage wouldn’t be great but I have 0 issues with coverage and nothing changed since I left Tmobile

I love quarterly payment and the first Q1 is 45.00, no matter which data plan you select… then 2nd quarter (Q2<) and every quarter after is like 120 for unlimited data, and it just cheaper after that. Amazing service, great coverage and a good app to manage the data all. I never give 5 stars since I’m hard to please, but 4 is basically 5in my book. ENJOY THE SAVING FOR VIRTUALLY THE SAME SERVICE!!!!

Convert from Tmobile
I switched from tmobiles cheapest plan, after taxes being almost 90$ for service alone. I paid 45$ for 15 gigs of data for 3 months with mint. So 3 months of service for half the price of one month of service with Tmobile. Thus far the service is enough for my data needs. The eSim transfer process was incredibly smooth and I am super content with everything, from price to not having to call a customer service to switch to how to simple the actual Mint app is compared to the large and confusing T

Most seamless experience ever
I just transferred from Verizon, where I was paying $75/month for a single line with below average internet speed. I just finished activating my Mint service and I already absolutely love this company:
- full transparency: they also help you figure out what’s the best plan based on your past usage history.
- no glitches
- they explain clearly how to go from step one to step two. Kudos to those product developers there!
- price is unbeatable

Wish I had switched sooner. Service is great never have a bad signal. Data is fast. It’s a no-brainer switch.

I definitely recommend
The service performs better than I thought it would. That said, I’m still in the initial 3-month plan. I’m waiting to see if the service will start to tank after I renew because I’m definitely renewing. I’ll report back in 3-months which will have been 6 months of service with mint mobile.

Way better than others overall
Sign up, billing, plan / family management are way easier than the other three major services I’ve used (AT / VZ / TM). Reception coverage is not as wide as those but no complaints at this lower cost. Only issue is that inbound calls ring someone else on first dial, but the support experience was definitely easier than the others too
Loss of coverage
I have lost coverage two times in my first month.
Love the Service, not the app
App needs some work…. Would love to have a ‘family dashboard’. This would show all the lines and data usage at one shot. I hate having to jump back and forth constantly to see the usage as the plan owner. It would make a lot more sense to show it all on the same page.
I would think that I am not the only person desiring this as well.
That being said…. Love the service you provide.
