Have loved this platform for years and became a host last year. I only have two complaints. As a host there needs to better calendar sync of all listings into one calendar and with other apps. The second complaint has to do with the recent addition of hotels. You can choose the space type but you can’t exclude hotels. I understand this is probably monetary driven but it ruins the entire vibe of the platform, it’s just an annoying disruption that can’t be filtered out. It needs to go away othe

I enjoyed my time in this location, very near the Metro, and easily walkable. Great host and very nice unit.

Wonderful to use as guest & host

Works ok but there are a few glitches that will be cleaned I’m sure.

I enjoy this app

It does a good job. A few down sides: It tells you your listing is a percent amount complete but doesn’t tell you what you need to complete to make it at 100%. I’ve been at 97% and I can’t figure out why. It drives my OCD nuts. The other downside is they allow hotels to post on here too causing your listing to get lost in the shuffle. Hotels have other places to post on. Let us have this. Isn’t the point to connect with others in the community?

Looking forward to hosting LGBTQ+ community

Buddy and Dino were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, getting to know the area, recommendations, etc. They have a fantastic home with separate guest suite. It was perfect. Their building also has a gym and is walkable to restaurants, green spaces, etc. We had a great stay and enjoyed getting to know Dino, Buddy and their cute little dog, Norma Jean. We would love to come back in the future.

Linking a bank account to receive payment is a cumbersome multi-step process, and the calendar is a little difficult to update.
