App works decently, but there is not too much about the ballparks, which would be cool out of a ballpark app. I can order food, and it shows tickets, but it’s not super easy to look up food for fine specific food. Maybe I just don’t know how to use this app? Seems limiting, idk.

Cumbersome to use, far more steps required to claim tickets than simply having them emailed to me. Do not recommend using this. Once I claimed the ticket, it also did not appear in my tickets, so I will have to do the work now of troubleshooting and contacting customer support just to get my ticket. UPDATE: the ticket has now appeared. There is a delay so give it 15 minutes or so and then check back.

Why can’t I save my MLB tickets to my Apple wallet?

I was able to get tickets for some great games. I just hope I can find these tickets when we go to the games!

Once installing the a[p I was prompted to check my email to verify. I did, went to view my tickets and I keep getting, “verification email not sent.” How do I get my tickets now?

I have tickets purchased for three games and it’s only showing one.

I spoke to a gentleman named Mel. He was awesome. He walked me through downloading an MLB app and getting my tickets to be visible to me. I’d I ever have to call again - I hope Mel answers.

I downloaded the app and was able to open the tickets my sister sent me. The offered for me to purchase parking. I was unable to remember my password. So I reset it. Now that I am back in, I can not seem to get to the sight that will let me purchase a parking pass. 🙁

Overall it’s a very smooth app but as far as ticket forwarding you can always call or make sure you have your comrade’s email on your app and they verify the email.

It is way to hard to navigate and compare tickets seats and prices

The app should show where your ticket is on a stadium map
