I downloaded the app and ordered! It couldn’t have been easier than that! Everything was correct and ready for pickup at the suggested time!

Why can’t you use your bonus card in store or use your bonus card with Moe’s Monday deal?? It doesn’t seem quite fair.

Love this new app update

Every since they updated this app something has been wonky with saving information. You look for your order under your favorites and it doesn’t display anything, but customize that order and look at it in checkout and there’s the name you saved it under. Same thing for credit cards, only shows Apple Pay when trying to checkout, but go to add the credit card I had previously saved at it says “already saved” despite not allowing you to see or use it. Been this way for weeks.

I don’t understand why almost every other fast food restaurant offers a way to customize your order on their app, but Moe’s doesn’t. What if I’m allergic to one of your ingredients? That means I can NEVER use your app 🤔

I like the system they created. Easy to access and use. Understandably, nothing crazy in rewards but you will get good deals every now and then. I think it’s totally worth it to download the app because might as well get better deals and rewards.

I couldn’t order food but all you have to do is reset password and it will make the app work again

I’ve used the app for months with 0 problems and it was great. But randomly now it won’t save my card informant to the checkout or let me use it at all. The same problem happened for the people I know that use it too so it’s not a problem on my end. It makes the app completely useless outside of deal and now I have to wait in line anyways.

Some things have been fixed but my app never saves recents. I also have to order tacos individually. Trying to get a 3 taco combo results in “item not available.” This has been a problem since the redesign.

I’ve had this app for years and never had any issues but recently when I try to create an order and add it to my card it says it’s unable to load my cart? I’ve tried to logout and log back in and restart the app and it doesn’t work. What is the point of the app if it won’t let you make an order to place?

This new app is very bad

Constantly shows an alert, even though there is no way for me to access an alert message within the app. The “back” buttons don’t work. Literally does nothing. Can’t get to the home page. Closed app and reopened. Rebooted phone. Still doesn’t work.
