Monta Charge App Reviews

Once you figure out the trick, the app is pretty easy to use. To start a charge at a public charging station the key is to hit the “map” button on the lower left, find your station, and then select your charger. I wish there were a more intuitive button at the get-go when you first open the app. But once I got help from Monta, it worked well and there were plenty of available chargers. I will be using it again.

They really need to make starting a charge as seamelss as possible - as that's the only point of the app. Instead, there's a clunky browser window that pops up every time and has to be manually closed once it's pre charged $50 (insane, but whatever). So, development team, concretely: 1. Avoid the browser window entirely - make your app charge cards directly 2. Or if you can't, at least make the browser window auto close so charging starts as soon as possible? 3. Overall, reduce as many steps

I can’t get the schedule charging to work thru the app. I’m disappointed. My charger is capable of do schedule charging but the app doesn’t really allow me to do it.
