Love the immersive and interactive storyline (loved Duskwood)... but we're hitting the 1 year mark and they've still only released 2 episodes... because of this, I keep forgetting this game even exists and to be honest, Ive simply lost interest and moved on to other games because the wait time is just too long. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Moonvale deserves it. The world building is awesome … the music, the atmosphere, the characters, everything feels alive. The story pulled me in right away, and I actually found myself caring about the choices I made. It’s cozy, mysterious, and a little emotional in all the best ways. I feel like the game would be OK because the first one was but it’s way too many mini games that you have to play in order to play the game which throws the whole game off.

I started with Duskwood, that game was amazing, was addicted from the start. I am ecstatic that they had a way to bring in the amazing characters from Duskwood and brought in new characters for Moonvale, as well with a new mystery to solve with a conclusion from Duskwood to explain further. I absolutely loved Duskwood, and this one has already got me intrigued. The devs/writers have already established themselves as fantastic storytellers and I know things are going to get more and more interesting as the story progresses. Currently waiting for the next chapter to release, and I can’t wait!

I thoroughly enjoyed Duskwood. So far I am enjoying Moonvale. I think it’s great. That characters from Duskwood were integrated into Moonvale. I’m looking forward to seeing how this all works out.

When the app icon changed, I got excited and thought a new episode had finally dropped—but nope, nothing. I totally understand that quality takes time, but it’s been so long that there’s honestly no excitement left anymore. Even if Episode 3 comes out now, it’ll probably take at least another year for the next one. And the whole mini-game and diamond system is just exhausting and way too expensive.
