I absolutely love this streaming service! The experience has improved with time and whenever I had a glitch in the past, it was solved quickly with excellent communication. Well done!!

The cost has risen to a place where I’m going to find another way to watch MotoGP. 3 times as much as F1 or WSBK.

I love this app. It allows you to follow so much of the series, watch and re-watch races when you want to, and get all the news you need. The only bad part? The off season. What to do until March???

I have been a supporter for many years now. I love every thing about the coverage except the price. I am retired and living on a fixed income. I wish you offered a senior discount for us old folks. FYI, I’ll be 73 in August.

The MotoGP app is by far the best sports app in the world. I think that MotoGP is the most exciting sport in the world and this app keeps me up-to-date. I look at this app every single day on season and off-season. They put content during race season and they put great content. season

Not the easiest app to navigate, but I couldn’t live without it!!!

This wonderfully info full app was gifted to me and I’m struggling slowly thru it. I’m sure it doesn’t help to not do this on a laptop or home pc, but synced it with my tv box so can view and on my tv. I’m sure I ll figure it out soon. So I won’t be negative and attribute all this to operator error. Enjoy all this upcoming 2026 season already rolling.

I’ve been a subscriber for many years however the video streaming has become unaffordable to continue with the subscription. Your product is excellent. Best of the best. Maybe there could be less expensive options like watching a delayed live event by one or two days at a discount?

Why there is no more riders interview after each races? Last year version was great and why does it need to be changed?

I honestly don’t know what the fuss is about… not perfect but very usable in my opinion. Biggest flaw for me is it that it’s a bit choppy when I cast to chrome cast (from iPhone) by still watchable. Maybe cuz I have an old LED tv and use chrome cast dongle?? Casting via Airplay to a newer tv is perfect. Overall, no issues signing in or any other issues everyone is griping about.

But has the potential to be 5 stars. Please make it better

Broken right before the first race of the season! Nice job guys. Does anyone test this stuff? UPDATE - it DOES access the videos it’s just REALLY REALLY slow. So you click on what you want to watch and then wait 5-10seconds

Delete app and reinstall from Apple Store. Log in again and shield your eyes from spoilers until you can find the no spoiler link. Video seems to work again.

After this latest update (writing this on June 20) the app crashes on my iPad. Still seems to work on the phone but not on the iPad which is how I use it most.

Ordinary, the app works well; however, after the latest update the app crashes after attempting to open.

The F1 app allows me to cast to my TVs but this app lacks that. Seems like a pretty basic function at this point and would be a great addition.

I just downloaded the app today- I’m not having any of the issues listed in other reviews (iPhone 8+). Everything is running smoothly and it’s nice to have an app as opposed to using the browser

The last update of this app was a massive upgrade. The video finally works well. Thanks for hiring someone who knows what they are doing.

Disappointing to spend €140 on VideoPass but then don’t get access to the TimingPass during preseason testing. Dorna instead wants another 16 bucks. App is pretty good otherwise.

App is awesome. Always works for me. Let’s you watch past seasons. Casting to Google and Apple always works well with great image quality. Worth every penny.

I can’t understand why are you not writing Spanish names correctly, including diacritical mark, like Márquez, Espargaró, etc, but you do it with Turkish, as Öncü.

Never works as it should, the video feed is choppy at best. Ive missed a bunch of race starts because the app freezes. Tried to email customer service ablut it and never got an email back. Wish i could get my money back.

1. Put the menu button top left 2. Put the return button top left 3. I can’t login now until I accept the terms and conditions and I’m missing on the final race, please fix ASAP.
