I Tell Everyone I Know About #MoviePass - It’s So Cool! I Do Wish I Could See More Than 1 Movie A Day, & Possibly Buy At Least 2 Tickets - Credit Allowing… & Since You Can’t, Where’s The Option To Refer Friends & Family? Is That No Longer A Thing?

Works great! On the basic plan and can see 1-2 movies a mos! Credits roll over as well! Average movie cost now a days is $15 ish — so I think it’s definitely worth it!

This app is awesome!

The app works great and has cool new added features of reservation seats in advance, easily adding points in between monthly renewal. THE BEST feature of MoviePass is that you can use it at ALL theaters not just one company!!

Sign up is easy, app use and card use is simple, and the value is amazing. Only negative is that you cannot reverse seats and must buy your ticket in person the day of the moving — a negative easily overcome with how much you save going to the movies.

I regularly have issues with the app freezing up. Otherwise when it works it’s wonderfully convenient.

I’ve been with Movie Pass since it’s beginning several years ago and had good experiences. New Movie Pass is going well for me. It’s been easy to use and out of 10 times no problems. I have a very small theatre nearby and it hadn’t been updated. MoviePass Customer service was awesome and helped ‘toggle’ it so card was accepted while I waited and everything worked out.I honestly didn’t expect a live chat, but I got one and it was fast.

My entire family has been using the app… Very easy to use. The best part, is that when you purchase your ticket, no one even knows that you are using the app. The customer service is incredible. They get right back to you if you have a problem. The only negative part about the app is that you have to be at the theater to purchase a ticket. A must for all moviegoers!

Don’t understand other reviews they say they can’t change payment options yes you can obviously you don’t know how to do it it’s not MoviePass fault have your ten year old do it I have no problem at all even change my subscription price and payment options every week I watch a new movie love MoviePass I don’t go by other people opinions who don’t know how to use it

I like the service but the app can be annoying. I am constantly being logged out and there are usually bug errors when trying to log back in. Also, the app has trouble finding movies sometimes so I have to use the generic selection for a movie. Not a fan of the points cap but I guess that’s how they stay in business. They just raised prices on me so hopefully these things are improved. If not, I’ll probably cancel the service.

Just by the virtue of buying a ticket online costing you 7 points more than an in person ticket which might cost 18 they are trying to scam you! No reason the online fee should be about half the price of the ticket. The card doesn’t even work well most of the time. I have had this subscription for months and there’s only really been one time it’s been useful. Points don’t roll over after a limit and they don’t stay if you cancel membership with them…. This app is trying to rip you off!
