This app makes the boarding process so simple I love it!

The app was easy to use very simple and very informative

I cannot find how I get a soft drink package with said discount

Came for my birthday in October and back in February for my 2nd! MSC is awesome!!!

Cricket app please follow and first time I’ve seen AI used with the AI concierge. Excellent edition first time

Some Glitches here and there but very nice! Would love it to belittle more interactive! Definitely room for improvement but definitely works great!

MSC for Me is as friendly to use as it’s staff is is friendly to its customers. There are great features like keeping track of billing, use of a daily agenda that you create from daily activities, ship maps, and more. MSC seems to go out of their way to make things work on their app and in person.

Since I went in my first MSC cruise I have never travel in any other line of ship it’s just complete me in everything. Thank you

My first time on a cruise ship. It was short 4 days but sweet. I up graded my room & top shelf liquor. Had to remind them of the better liquor otherwise would have gotten rack booze. The buffet was better food than the dining room The Bimini (Cay) beach was nice but they didn’t have cheese for the hamburger, we Ordered drinks but the server never came with the drinks. I would suggest that when making a reservation let us tell you to split the beds ahead of time. We had to have them do it at 6:30

Soooo I’ve been here for 2 days nothing to to for the people who go to sleep early an wake up @5am it’s empty Casino is closed won’t come back
