Hello, I have been experiencing issues with my MTV app since last week when trying to watch Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. I was able to watch the first episode with Airplay to my VIZIO tv with no issues, but for some reason I am unable to watch episodes 2-3 on Airplay. There’s a message that pops up and says “Service Unavailable”. I’m able to watch shows on my iPhone but it won’t let me Airplay shows to my tv, which is weird. I have never experienced this issue before. I’m not sure what’s going on
Ever since I updated the app it wont cast to my tv anymore with my chrome cast
How does app not have the most recent seasons???? Or not many seasons at all. It’s terrible to have every episode of every other show but not the show that has been on for 35+ seasons

Please just let us pay you a monthly amount to have AD free access to all your shows especially the challenge. A lot of people don’t use cable and that’s the only way to access most of the content. There’s so many ads!

This app has all of my favorite MTV shows but it’s constantly crashing & doesn’t do a great job of keeping track of where I left off in an episode either
I’ve used this app on both the fire stick and Apple TV, on both devices the Mtv app constantly buffers. The buffering occurs multiple times during one show. It’s extremely frustrating. I don’t have any issues with other apps.

Love the content on the app, but hate how the actual app itself functions and is organized. When watching a show it’s hard to get back to a different episode or move around the app without it crashing.
It’s a great app in my opinion just to many ads .. bunch them up into one clip at the beginning middle & end. I don’t know I will still be using the app

yes ads are how they make money but dang there are more ads on this app then there are on regular cable. you might as well just watch tv on cox. it makes me not want to watch my show anymore. other than that it’s nice
was having issues signing in but support got me all squared away!
Shows continuously shuts down when watching and says you are disconnected from the internet but internet is fine. Bravo app does the same thing.

I like the app very convenient. Here lately it has not been working. Keeps telling me code20. I have a network that has mtv it use to work just fine. Idk what happen disappointing.
Anything I click on states that something has gone wrong and to please try again (code 20). Can’t get out of it so I have to get out of the app, clear it and start it again just to get the same error. Already tried to reinstall as well.
Look this is a good app there are just too many ads and I’m trying to watch the challenge and we have Comcast X Xfinity and it does not have my cable provider idk what to do someone help me.

To MTV2 it use to be on the app and it’s gone along with the schedule line up.
I’m definitely in tune with this app, it’s straight up legit content over the MTV channel. No hassle, just put entertainment. I love it...

Every time I try to watch an episode, I get an error. This has been going on for 2 weeks!
I hate how on the newer iPhones the go back to home screen swipe up bar is shown while watching videos on this app.
Great when it works. Terrible to try to connect to provider to unlock episodes. MTV’s help is no help as well. DONT RECOMMSNF
For starters I hate when I have to a free trial on EVERYTHING so that has to stop two there is only one or two episodes on every show add some more please
I tried to watch snooki and jwoww and it would play but kept saying sorry this video is unavailable
First off why don’t you have the whole episode, like you only have clips
Title selection and many other issues. I have deleted and re downloaded the app and it doesn’t make a difference.
Application continues to close on its own while streaming. Currently using iPhone 12 pro software 14.2.1. So frustrating.
i don’t like this app because i was trying to watch are you the one and they only hav season 4 7 and 8 and season 4 only has 2 episodes like that is so stupid and they should have all seasons and all episodes idk why they don’t it’s dumb.

I just started using the MTV app and when I try to watch a show the app automatically kicks me out.
the shows on the app are interesting I guess but I was expecting more animated stuff on there like clone high but oh well lol
I can’t get all the features because my tv provider isn’t listed!! So I can only watch maybe the first episode of any shows that I enjoy. Downloaded the app and deleted in only a few hours later
I can’t watch any of my favorite shows due to the fact that my TV provider is unavailable (Xfinity). MTV should get this sorted out! Tired of big companies being petty towards each other!!!
Repeatedly plays the same episode on Xbox one and iOS. Manually selecting the next episode only restarts the same one.
