Such a fun game but…

Please lower the price to allow more people to get the game. Sometimes it takes so long to get into games and I think so many people would get the game if it were cheaper.

Perfect

The only house rule I wish this digital game had, is that when bad stuff happens and you die it’s for the rest of the game. Then again, I regularly play with large amounts of people (6 at minimum) on tabletop.

Amazing

We own basically every version of munchkin made… and I love this digital version. It’s great to play with our kid who is at college, or when we just can’t get together in the same space for a true game night. Is it the same? No… but it’s dang close. My only complaint is the lack of expansions. I need more! ;)

Buggy battles

This is a very fun game that brings back a lot of memories. Great job team! I have ran into numerous situations where the game bugs out and I cannot progress. For example, I recently played a game where I traded with a local player, then “kick the door” popped up, even though my turn was over. The option did nothing and immediately after, “loot the room” popped up. I clicked it and it then proceeded to show all the clickable options one by one after each click. Looks like something kicks off an

Harder than the board game

I love munchkin and so do all my friends, the ai either has incredible luck or gets a better chance of cards I haven’t won a single game even when I’m way ahead. Still love it though but somethings funky with the ai

Perfect as far as I can tell.

This is a perfect digital version of munchkin, with the ability to play online or on your own against computers as well. I hope they add more expansions!!

Somewhat buggy

Great game. I’m a big fan of Munchkin. But this latest version seems a little buggy. For example, pressing the buttons that appear at the bottom of popup windows (like for example the backpack) often require several presses before the button takes action. Also, I’ve gotten stuck in combat where other (AI) players may be deciding actions, only to sit for several minutes with nothing happening and having to quit/restart the game. Sometime restarting works and the game continues, but other times th

Glitches

In playing local against two AI players, there’s a glitch where as playing a level eight orc I can easily win the game when the other players don’t take action against the winning of two levels for beating a monster by ten or more points. Also the dice rolls display numbers than what’s actually rolled. Also in the latest update, the Magnificent Hat fails to protect you from opponent’s curses.

Great game

This game has been amazing, but the last updates have really created some glitches. I could get past them because the games are great but great they fix the glitches.

Slays

Personally, I don’t know why the app has bad reviews. I think the app is so so so similar to the actual game and would’ve made learning the board game a lot easier. I do think the price is a little much, but compared to the board game, it’s cheaper and has almost the exact same capabilities. This app is addicting and I love it!!

Awesome game!

Used to play this card game during my travels across the US with my coworkers and this game helped pass the time so much. I really hope they come out with expansions to this app, my favorite Munchkin expansions I’ve played so far are Harry Potter, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,Apocalypse, and Star Munchkin! This game also helps clarify so many rules that don’t come up when you’re playing against friends and not a computer. Also absolutely LOVE how this game can be played Offline as well! This mak

Fun game but needs some improvements

It’s a fun game but there are some things that need to be fixed with the bots. It feels like the game favors the bots way too much and they’re always out to get you. It feels like a 3v1 when it really should be 1v1v1v1. Also I purchased the DLC but I’m not seeing any new cards, I would like for it to be fixed or I get my money back.

So Fun!

I really do love this game and it’s a solid port. Any chance the devs could look into interactions between certain items and fighting 2x monsters at once?… I had a heroic challenge game where I got to lvl 9, they spawned in a second monster, I tried to polymorph one of them… It asks me to pick which monster to polymorph… But no matter what I do, it won’t work. It happened to me twice in the same game. I lost from a 9-4 lead.

So much fun!

Great graphics, super cute, very close to the real game. My favorite way to kill time.

Great for what it is

Starting at $10 is not terrible for Munchkin, my only complaint is it needs cards from the 9 expansions.

This IS Munchkin!

It feels like the real thing. It’s kept me up past my bedtime playing it. Munchkin players are thin on the ground where I live; I’m going to be playing this in all my free time until I get caught up on my Munchkin deficiency! Full disclosure: I work for SJGames, but not on the Munchkin side of things. I’m just an addict.

Really enjoying

The game feels and plays like munchkin! The only struggle I have is I would Love to be able to pause In live play!!!

Brilliant!

I remember playing the physical version ages ago, of which I still have in the family board games shelf, good to know my patience towards a digital version I can play with folks around the world had payed off. Also I’m looking forward to the expansions that I missed out on to add to the mix

2 Negative User Reviews for Munchkin Digital

Terrible implementation of the game

I love the Munchkin card games and have played them for decades. I was very excited when I bought Munchkin Digital but was extremely disappointed with it. The game doesn’t follow its own rules, there are tons of bugs and the support group asks for more info even when you send the logs.the programmers have really disrespected the great art of Munchkin Digital. It’s a terrible shame. Dire Wolf is working on another digital version of a board game I really enjoy and I am confident it will be plague

Great game poorly designed

I love this car game, but this is a poorly designed digital version with clicky controls or UI layout, and desperately in need of tutorials on the game mechanics themselves
