App has been working fine but the past 2 days it’s only will stay on the loading page..

I loved this app but it starts to load but never fully loads

I’ve been trying to log in and earn points, but the app won’t load. This has gone on for several days, and I’d appreciate it if you guys could look into it. Thank you!

It’s been almost a month now and we still can’t purchase anything off of fix? When can we start getting merch again?

this is a cool concept but it takes awhile to rack up points

Love this app, i’ve been using it for almost a year now and have gotten some sick band stuff, my only thing at the moment is when is the shop gonna be fixed I’ve been itching for a new vinyl 🤭

this app used to be really cool but since it’s gotten more popular it has gotten worse. you have to pay to download the app now apparently and you barely get points. it also took my merch a very very long time to even be sent out.

Not even 2 months of listening to music on the regular and I got a free lanyard and record super happy and worth it!

GUYS WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE GOOD MERCH!!

This app was great I finally saved all my points to get a 5sos crewneck and the next day I see the only rewards on the app we’re cds and some Halsey shirts :( this app was great but not now

I ordered the vinyl for In The Aeroplane Over The Sea with the points I got and it came in a couple weeks later. I don’t know how they make money, but I’m not complaining.

I would like it if iTunes were compatible with this app

I bought the 100 point in app purchase. My father approved it through “FAMILY” and I never got it. Help?

On this app you get to connect your other streaming apps into one and it definitely makes things easier

This is actually pretty neat, earning rewards for listening to music. I would definitely recommend

I’m a new user and I really enjoy this app but I updated today and now I can’t open the app. I also wish Spotify and the app would sync even if the app isn’t open.

This app seems great, and it delivers on what It promises, but as someone who can’t afford to use both Apple Music AND Spotify, I’d love it if there was Apple Music support for this so I could actually use it

I love that this gives me a chance to support my fav artists without needing to spend a whole lot of money

They literally give you free stuff to just stream your faves

so many opportunities to get points and to save money on merch!

I come from a really poor back ground and still am and I can’t order the things I want because I don’t have a credit card so I can’t buy anything from this app.

a few bugs here and there, but overall an awesome app and so many opportunities for great free merch.

I really wish you would bring back the Ticketmaster gift card. That’s one of the main reasons I used the app and then you took it off☹️

I’ve been trying to connect using Spotify to even be able to use the app, but every time it just sits on the loading screen for hours. I tried using Facebook and just my normal email too and none worked... what should I do??

So the idea is to play music off your spotify and earn points right? If that’s the case i haven’t been earning any points then because i have streamed music off my spotify app for well over an hour and my points have stayed the same.

So i got this app yesterday and i'm already in love!! my only problem is that i use Apple Music to stream and it can't connect! I want my streaming points bro 😔✌🏽

Per their website, this app’s business model wasn’t sustainable, and they have ceased operation. Just a heads-up! The service is discontinued.

I wanted to redeem a prize but when I tried to open the app its just a blank screen with the logo and name of the app

i really do appreciate this app a lot, i had it on my old phone, and i just redownloaded it onto my new phone and its just not opening. i had the app open for ten minutes, and it said it was loading. :( really wish i could get into the app.

I wish you could connect this to Apple Music not just Spotify cause I don’t have premium

anyone know how long it takes to get a reward after you order it? because i have been waiting for about a month and i have gotten nothing, not even an email saying what is happening

Ok so I log in to my Spotify and then it just stays on the loading screen the whole time. I’ve already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it’s still doing the same thing.

Earned plenty of points, and the reward I ordered never came

I don’t know what i’m doing wrong but it won’t let me login with my spotify account and i’ve tried to delete same install it again but it won’t work
