Good app

The app, ui/ux are very good compared to other apps from Germany. However, i couldn't purchase a ticket today.

Makes travel easy!

As a US citizen not familiar with public transportation I downloaded and tried multiple apps to help me through Germany’s public transportation. Admittedly we only used the S-Bahn (train) & U-bahn (subway (underground). But the ability to just click the amount of travelers and select your starting station and click complete when you get off is genius and idiot proof. Bonus, it’s has live updates (location awareness) within the app and also allows for the ticket to be active while you hunt for

Hard to work out where is OK to return it

There is a warning saying not to return it in the wrong place, but no explanation with that warning about what the wrong place is or the right place

Ist interessant

So it is a nice app for tickets and everything, but sometimes it glitches and makes the ride a little bit wonky, but otherwise, it is a good app if you don’t really know your way around the city.

Nice app for using Munich's bike share

MVG more is an easy way to rent bikes from Munich's MVG Rad system. It does not, however, work with the other system in the city run by DB. With the app you can create and account, locate bikes, rent them, and view the status of your account and past trips. There is also functionality for Car Sharing services. Overall the app works well. Occasionally, it can be hard to find a bike in the real world that appears on the map. Also, it would be nice to be able to cancel a rental with a click before

Payment

Why can’t I see how much they charged me per month on the app, I’m a student who usually pays 29 euros, but a random day I got charged 61 euros and I can’t understand why. I hope they fix this in further updates

A must have app for those traveling around Munich

From route planning to ticket purchasing, this app can do it all. No need to rent a car when public transit is this good.

One of the few bike apps that works well

Used it with my girlfriend in Munich. Good price, bikes are pretty good and readily available. App works well

App is easy to use, but bikes aren’t

The bikes are too heavy! Not suitable for long distance.

Had bike issues but eventually resolved

Had a lot of issues with the bikes (wouldn’t unlock, and then later wouldn’t lock) but calling the hotline resolved it.

Nice App!!

Very easy to use 🙌

It’s promising

I’ll be honest, I liked the original MVGO app design. Still, this has potential. We are missing some features (that even other of your transit apps have!) - Platform signalling (where does the train stops?) - Apple Pay. Come on! - Wallet support. Berlin has it. Please 🙏🏼 - Dark mode. 2022! Other than that, great app to have everything mobility in one place. Keep up the great work!

Can’t login

I’m sure the app is great when you can login. Sadly, I can’t. Thus I can’t access all my tickets. When I click the button to login I only get a white screen. I allow cookies as the website help site suggests, I still can’t login. This is deeply frustrating! I haven’t managed to be even given a login screen!

Worsened

The old app and earlier versions of this one made it much easier to buy single/short tickets. Since recently you now have to first painfully find/set a location. Previously you only had to do that in the jpurneyplanner, which at least offered current location. No apparent option for the app to discover your current location automatically as before, making it unnecessary more difficult to ‚quickly‘ buy a ticket. Please re-introduce this functionality .

Sadly, does not accept Apple Pay.

Great concept and appears to be very convenient. But you have to enter your credit card information, and for me it keeps failing. It’s a shame they don’t accept Apple Pay
