I absolutely love Bath and body Works and I’m totally obsessed with their candles. My favorite is the mahogany, teakwood high intensity. I always make sure that when they have a sale that I purchase at least 25 candles. Please don’t ever stop making this scent.

Honestly I love this. There’s nothing like getting rewarded with free item coupons and exclusive coupons for sales to save money. I am actually an employee and I got hired to work here from being a customer! I personally don’t get the mailed coupons anymore but these rewards coupons definitely come in handy when so need to grab something as a gift for someone or if I just want to grab an item before it expires.

I love our B&BW I’m sooo happy we finally have one here in Lumberton,N.C. Everyone one in the store are very friendly and helpful and I’m always in a great mood when I leave out Honey I have a whole big long shelf in my bathroom walk-in closet with nothing but B&BW of my fave’s

I think this is the best idea. Because then, if I do get coupons in the mail, they are right on my phone. I don’t have to worry about losing them or leaving them at home when I go shopping.

When I tell you, I love you the candles from Bath and Bodyworks… That is a understatement… I’ll buy at least 20 candles every two months it is my favorite thing to do.

Would not allow me to put in my coupon code for a free item. Even though I hadn’t used any other codes and it didn’t expire yet. Then my daughter tried on her account and same issue. We contacted support and have been waiting for over 30 min. All that needs to be done is apply the code? Not sure what the issue is. Also more than one code should be able to be applied online. If you can use more than one at store, why can’t I online? Dumb

I love how often BBW put their items on sale, love your customer service & all items you have!

THis is an amazing website i cant stop shopping! The only bad thing is their shipping and handling fee… like $10 for each. Other than that amazing!

First, if the items are not available, don’t list them as options only to have them removed in the cart. Second, it says you can add up to 8 codes per order but even if I added the free travel spray it forced the sale items to revert back to sale price! Very frustrating. Third, too many items were not available for pickup. Love your products but online ordering can be frustrating! 😒

I find it very frustrating to go to my cart only to find selected items unavailable . It would seem to me that the IT staff could fix this issue.

I can’t even find items in my bag then it’s showing me locations in a different state

I had my gift card in my wallet section of the app but then had to enter it at checkout. Seems a little pointless to have a wallet you can't easily use. I also had to enter my billing info at least 3 times because after adding my gift card on second round two items became unavailable so i was forced to start over yet again.

Slow, slow, slow… I would of been spent money but the app is so slow I never get to check out and just move into Amazon

While I appreciate the rewards section, I can NEVER shop through the app. It loads and loads, but never actually works. I wish they would fix this issue as it’s been persistent for months.

Several times I should be eligible for free shipping and it didn’t apply , tried the 800 number that was a joke

The app is very slow when I was updating the cart. It even losses the page sometimes. I had to close the app and open it again. It doesn’t work well.
