Awkwardly incomplete

The Find My friend option is great. What blows my mind as I can’t get a weather report/forecast. I can get a description of how the conditions were in the past but nothing about the future. That’s even remotely accurate. It would be awesome to be able to look at all the epic mountains and know which one had the best snow for the next couple days. For some reason that’s not on here.

Could use some work (Heavenly)

Wait times are incorrect on the app especially for the horrible Gondola line at Heavenly Village. Over an hour and half wait. To make matters worse the ingress and egress to the mountain on the shuttle and in an uber is horrible as well.

GPS Tracking

The app is easy to use. The GPS tracking is limited. It does not report your max or average speed. The distance appears to include the lift ride. It also doesn’t track the total time on the hills.

old features

i really liked the achievements they were fun bring them back :(

Not Great at Tracking

My stats were completely incorrect as the GPS tracking did not work most of the day. The app wouldn’t allow to turn off tracking on breaks and stack tracking, it completely reset your stats for the day. And there is no option to manullay add your own stats to fix the issue on your own. Pretty weak as a stat tracker

Season pass renewal

As a retired veteran my Season pass Ive had auto renewed for years apparently didn’t renew my wife’s this year. So at Whistler and $900 later we discovered this. Thanks

Needs IT help

Can’t track friends very well. Add and accept friends and most are gone within 24 hours. The ones that aren’t deleted have the wrong locations (as in the app says they’re still on the mountain when they’re sitting right next to you at dinner)

Works, some of the time

It was a rare lift line in which the app successfully registered everyone in my group of four. The fix was to make that person drop their gear, dig around for their phone, log in, and show the pass. The process easily doubled our average lift line times. The old cards were far more reliable. The tracking feature is also ridiculously inaccurate…off ~5000 meters among my small group Do better Vail.

Marketing Notifications

App is decent enough during the ski season. It somehow logged me out over the summer, and it keeps sending me marketing notifications. Now I need to go dig out my account credentials to (maybe be able to) turn the notifications off. I downloaded this app for the mobile pass functionality, not for the spam.

Never updated

Weather info never up to date slackers

Progress is not always good

You disabled tracking with card and mandate the track in the app. 1. It kills the battery 2. I keep forgetting to turn it on 3. It stops mid day without notice. Why did you stop tracking the lists with the actual card if I have both on me?

Pretty Bad Honestly

Needs alot of improvement, stat tracker is very inaccurate, doesn’t track 50% of the time, and weather data is a bit off. One of the most annoying issues is, it logs you out at least once a month. Alot of potential, not there yet.

Gets worse every year

This app used to be great - you had interactive maps that would show when your friends got on certain lifts, stats were accurate, and it was all simple. The app seems to get more Complicated and less user friendly every year. The stats are usually inaccurate (I skiied a full day at Breck yesterday and it logged 3 lifts). The tracking part of the app doesn’t work at all so don’t bother using it. Honestly I’m using this app less each year because it’s just not helpful.

Where is my pass?

It’s ok but its silly that the app knows my username, password, credit card info and knows about all of my passes, but it can’t retrieve my pass without me typing in the number. At the risk of stating the obvious, id I had my pass with me, I wouldn’t need the app.
