Overall, the services great and I really appreciate Matt and the team and how they take care of the truck every time I bring it in! The app on the other hand can use some improvement. It could be a little bit confusing to navigate and to easily make an appointment. But overall pretty darn good!

My only issue is they had a feature to check your credit card balance with their card that no longer works

Excellent customer centric service from Service Manager Matthew Wait times for schedule appointment can drastically be improved. The manager is awesome in taking care of customers concerns is awesome. Continual insurance of getting the job done right the first time is a plus in my opinion.

The app works great except for the load previous service feature. It never seems to be working.

Firestone makes it very easy to add your vehicle and contact information. They also offer great coupons on the app as well! Shawn the service manager is awesome at my location I use too!

Include original Price of the final discounted price for the offered discount on any service.

They are an awesome company.. they do a fantastic job a great service. Thank you for all your crew does for my vehicle to make it safe.

The app was really good in keeping track of my cars. But now I can’t download and save my service invoice for more than a year. Can you help me fix it.

It was Really Cool to Schedule an Appointment with Firestone, Setting this Up for a Future date has the advantage of a Quicker Release of The Vehicle. Excited. No need for an Update to the Review, They do an Awesome Job & are always Comedians. Firestone on Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach. Darius and Ulysses are the Tier you couldn’t List!

However rarely does the information flow through when requesting appointment and has been that way from early on. However the app itself is super easy.

It was very useful to use the app to schedule the maintenance needed.

I recently tried the app again 3/26/2024, to schedule an appointment for an oil change, and everything went well! I’m impressed and pleased!

This store has always giving great customer services and doing the right thing

Attempted to schedule an appt. on-line, got an email that requested me to call the store. Even though the Firestone App. showed appt. confirmed, store had already filled appts. VERY disappointed in the efficacy of the Firestone app. and the on-line experience. This was not the first instance nor an isolated instance. Firestone has some work to do aligning the stores with the App. and on-line to show available appts. and book new appts. I hope that helps.
