It was Really Cool to Schedule an Appointment with Firestone, Setting this Up for a Future date has the advantage of a Quicker Release of The Vehicle. Excited. However rarely does the information flow through when requesting appointment and has been that way from early on. However the app itself is super easy.
It was very useful to use the app to schedule the maintenance needed.
I recently tried the app again 3/26/2024, to schedule an appointment for an oil change, and everything went well! I’m impressed and pleased!

Attempted to schedule an appt. on-line, got an email that requested me to call the store. Even though the Firestone App. showed appt. confirmed, store had already filled appts. VERY disappointed in the efficacy of the Firestone app. and the on-line experience. This was not the first instance nor an isolated instance. Firestone has some work to do aligning the stores with the App. and on-line to show available appts. and book new appts. I hope that helps.
