Love the app and functionality; however, after the most recent update many items no longer show a photo of the item. Please fix!

I’m impressed with the app. I think it even works better than the website which is rare. Both are good, but this was an experience worthhaving the app over!
My only complaint about this app is that once you have place a curbside or delivery order with H-E-B, you cannot remove items. You can add more to your list up to two hours before delivery or pick up. And everywhere says you can remove up to two hours before but you absolutely cannot. I have even called the help line and I was told I would have to call my local H‑E‑B 1-2 hours before picking up my items at the scheduled time and ask them to remove the items. I almost died from your heb bubble gum toothpaste so you want kids to die why the heck do you want to do that if you don’t want to do that then pull them off the shelf you got it heb?
Ordering with this app is pretty good, but I will never use it again to check in for curbside pickup. I normally just text when I arrive, but this time I checked in via the app. I waited. And waited. And waited. I saw people who had arrived after me get their orders and leave. After about 20 minutes, I called the store and they had never been notified that I was there. So…..I would still use the app for ordering, but that’s it.
Love the app! Need to be able to share the cart! How cool would it be to share an account with one person of trust and once you add what I need I can share and they can add what they need! We would love this!
The people at curbside are great. They really go out of their way to make each customer feel special and last minute changes on their orders as I have I really appreciate them and thank them. Please let them know from you that they are doing a great job. Denise Foster.
Something seems to be wrong with the app! It is no longer allowing curbside orders… I can add everything to my cart but there is no option to checkout!! Help
We need a way in which to cancel an item in an order. AFAICS that can be done neither in the app nor on a webpage. So now we only have two (2) choices, both of which are not good ones! - Cancel the entire order and renter every item that was to be kept in the order. - Call customer support, which can be very time consuming. It’s not pleasant waiting on the phone for 20 or more minutes to speak to someone.
Lists are important for shopping but this app automatically creates lists and there's no way to sync them. Once you realize you're working with more lists than intended, you must delete every item on every unwanted list and start all over again. Madness! Nice some of the lists include where in the store individual items are located but these lists omit prices. You have to create a separate list for prices but you forfeit location. What's the problem with putting all the info on one list???
Would like to see a list of individual items I’ve purchased in the past with a buy again option.
Love the app on my iphone, but when I’m at home and doing work, I do everything on landscape mode on my ipad and use a wireless keyboard. It would be great just to have the whole thing rotate. Thank you!
This app will be even more useful by adding the aisles to which each item can be located.
Having my list organized by aisle makes it so much easier, especially when the store is busy. I can see if an item is out of stock, and much less of a chance of forgetting items. The only thing I can think of that this app doesn't offer is keeping a running total (with tax, if possible) of the items and quantities of the items in my list. If that were possible, I'd give the app 5 stars.
App kept crashing. Every time I would add an item it would take it off so would have to go back and add it. Wouldn’t let me check out so I lost my reservation time. Usually works good but today it sucked!!!!!!

App is great most of the time. I’d love an “unclip coupon” option. Target app has it and it is very helpful if you decide against getting something. Also- the ad flyer doesn’t load sometimes. Other than that, love the app!
I was unable to sign into the app for like a year because of the security features thinking a replaced iPhone screen was somehow a security issue/threat. I am able to sign in again now that the app uses web authentication (i.e. has you sign into the H‑E‑B website in a built-in web browser, instead of signing into the app itself).
While the app looks and operates fine, product information was lazily entered. I could, and would, buy a lot more if nutrition facts had been entered. Nutrition and ingredients are important to those on special diets, like diabetics, or those with allergies. I know you are losing sales from me due to the lack of information provided.
I live in Tyler Tx I work in Hearne Tx and I visit HEB quite frequently in Bryan Tx! Why can’t we get H‑E‑B in the Tyler Lindale area?
It’s a great app but wish they’d add support for Apple Pay
Does what it says on the label, does it well.
(1) I really wish that users could shop by diet type (vegan, keto, etc.) (2) it would be so cool if the most popular and local recipes were incorporated into the app. Then users could add the ingredients to their shopping cart at the touch of a button.
I’m not a fan of recent updates.
Imagine my surprise when a co-worker said they got a notification about my curbside appointment! Desired behavior: on systems with multiple calendars, prompt for which calendar to place the event on. Or at least use the system default calendar instead of whatever algorithm you currently use.
I love the app updates except now, with the latest update, I’m unable to use the “Touch ID”. Please fix this. Thank you

There is a problem where the substitution note opens and then shrinks the note area so that I can neither see my note nor type a new one. This is a big problem. I deleted the app from my iPhone and downloaded it again hoping there was a recent fix but nope. Please fix this bug. Thank you.

This app is great but missing one thing.. Needs a “save for later” option.
Should be better if make “View Weekly Ad “ more easily to browse.

I wish I could get on with my iPhone. I have to wait till get home, then I can with laptop. That doesn’t make sense. The same with a couple of others. A friend of mine has an old android & can get on fine to do hers
I like the app. It’s easy to use. Adding or removing items from my order is very easy. I just wish I could change the pickup day and time via the app instead of having to call the store. Thanks for the great app.
I have had this app for a while now. All of a sudden, it won’t open. It comes up and goes right back down. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing helps. What can I do?
The old versions would tell you you your balance and the newer one won’t
I downloaded the app to make it easier to use HEB recipes but for some reason it’s on the site only.
