I use HEB Curbside several times a month and LOVE that I can give my shopper a note of preference for every single item I buy. I can ask for green bananas and ask them for the latest “sell/use by” dates on other fresh foods! Thank you HEB!

Excellent service

Great ability to order and know it will be ready and available. The notice of traffic conditions and drive time is especially helpful.

It’s always easy to order. The always get my order right they are friendly and the app is easy to navigate.

App always freezes when I’m about to checkout.

H-E-B makes my shopping experience so easy and convenient! My favorite part though is the best fresh produce and meat when I get my curbside order home. I don’t have to search around for coupons on the app. and they even have great recipe ideas if you are stuck on what to make ❤️

Staff has always been friendly. Been shopping here on valley high for more then 30yrs. We love our Neighborhood HEB

I apps for multiple grocery stores and this is the most usable and useful grocery store app I have used so far. I use it all the time when it comes to shopping at HEB.

it would be nice if when you make a list the app could calculate it for you and tell you the total. mainly so you could budget before going into the store.

The app is mostly great! Makes shopping so much easier but it would be amazing if you could share shopping lists. My wife could make one and send it to me so I can pick things up on the way home.

I work many hours, just realized you can go back to previous orders, press the + sign and it adds only that single item…totally game changer for working parents with families!!!

Why is there no “delete checked items” option when dealing with lists. Used it on other grocery apps. Seems silly to check items and then delete items if I have unchecked items on my list but I just want to clean it up. And delete list doesn’t work for me. I created a list and then get asked which list (default “wish list” and my added list) I want to add the item to. Wondered if deleting my list would remove this query. Cannot delete the list These two things have persisted hrough one year o

Love the app and ability to order groceries for pickup and delivery! Also a fan of creating in-store shopping lists that group the items per location of the specific store you’re shopping at! I just wish there was a way to clear the whole list when done shopping. The next time I go in to use the app for in-store shopping I still have the last list I created there and have to go through and individually delete all the items from my last shopping trip so I don’t confuse them with my current trip.

Good some times but half the time your time slot means nothing.

I have started using HEB and I just had to write a review. The pharmacist and staff are pleasant, and customer service is great! The pharmacist will go ahead and apply savings coupons to prescriptions if warranted which is a huge and much appreciated change from our last pharmacy. Also the pharmacist will call insurance if there are issues to expedite processing the prescription. Wow! Not cool that you can’t review products/brands that are only sold at HEB. Make it more like the target app, easier to switch around pages.

Love the app and functionality; however, after the most recent update many items no longer show a photo of the item. Please fix!

I shop at two different H-E-B stores. How can I change from one store to the other when I need it?

I’m impressed with the app. I think it even works better than the website which is rare. Both are good, but this was an experience worthhaving the app over!

My only complaint about this app is that once you have place a curbside or delivery order with H-E-B, you cannot remove items. You can add more to your list up to two hours before delivery or pick up. And everywhere says you can remove up to two hours before but you absolutely cannot. I have even called the help line and I was told I would have to call my local H‑E‑B 1-2 hours before picking up my items at the scheduled time and ask them to remove the items. I almost died from your heb bubble gum toothpaste so you want kids to die why the heck do you want to do that if you don’t want to do that then pull them off the shelf you got it heb?

Ordering with this app is pretty good, but I will never use it again to check in for curbside pickup. I normally just text when I arrive, but this time I checked in via the app. I waited. And waited. And waited. I saw people who had arrived after me get their orders and leave. After about 20 minutes, I called the store and they had never been notified that I was there. So…..I would still use the app for ordering, but that’s it.

Love the app! Need to be able to share the cart! How cool would it be to share an account with one person of trust and once you add what I need I can share and they can add what they need! We would love this!

The people at curbside are great. They really go out of their way to make each customer feel special and last minute changes on their orders as I have I really appreciate them and thank them. Please let them know from you that they are doing a great job. Denise Foster.

Something seems to be wrong with the app! It is no longer allowing curbside orders… I can add everything to my cart but there is no option to checkout!! Help

We need a way in which to cancel an item in an order. AFAICS that can be done neither in the app nor on a webpage. So now we only have two (2) choices, both of which are not good ones! - Cancel the entire order and renter every item that was to be kept in the order. - Call customer support, which can be very time consuming. It’s not pleasant waiting on the phone for 20 or more minutes to speak to someone.

Lists are important for shopping but this app automatically creates lists and there's no way to sync them. Once you realize you're working with more lists than intended, you must delete every item on every unwanted list and start all over again. Madness! Nice some of the lists include where in the store individual items are located but these lists omit prices. You have to create a separate list for prices but you forfeit location. What's the problem with putting all the info on one list???

Would like to see a list of individual items I’ve purchased in the past with a buy again option.

Love the app on my iphone, but when I’m at home and doing work, I do everything on landscape mode on my ipad and use a wireless keyboard. It would be great just to have the whole thing rotate. Thank you!

This app will be even more useful by adding the aisles to which each item can be located.

Having my list organized by aisle makes it so much easier, especially when the store is busy. I can see if an item is out of stock, and much less of a chance of forgetting items. The only thing I can think of that this app doesn't offer is keeping a running total (with tax, if possible) of the items and quantities of the items in my list. If that were possible, I'd give the app 5 stars.

App kept crashing. Every time I would add an item it would take it off so would have to go back and add it. Wouldn’t let me check out so I lost my reservation time. Usually works good but today it sucked!!!!!!

App is great most of the time. I’d love an “unclip coupon” option. Target app has it and it is very helpful if you decide against getting something. Also- the ad flyer doesn’t load sometimes. Other than that, love the app!

This app can never get me to the check out option, no matter how much I update it or refresh it. It always keeps loading.

The pharmacy portion of this app doesn’t list the information that I used the old app for the most—the date I last filled a particular prescription. It was also easier to navigate for multiple family members. The grocery portion of the app would be better if it was easier to change the store I am shopping in. Every week I’m in at least 3 HEBs depending on what part of town I am in.

App keeps freezing while in use! What is this??! So frustrating!

HEB is new to our area and I was excited to check it out, however, trying to build my list of groceries was quite a pain. I have to choose which list after every single item that I add and I don’t have the opportunity to delete the extra list so that there is only one. This makes it really difficult to build a list quickly. If there is an easier way, I would like to know about it.

I shop at multiple HEB and this app should be able to allow you to save more than one store. Have a favorites and allow us to select which one vs starting all over. Horrible
