I really like this game, but I noticed some issues... 1. In the employee lounge, the furniture is sometimes shown as upside down. 2. The ads that are more than 30 seconds really irritate me, it seems unfair to offer free items that require ads up to 1 minute long to get! 3. Some instructions are unclear in the English version. This could be due to translation errors, but understanding the instructions for the Red Packet features are confusing and the purpose of the Guild is also unclear. Also,

I really enjoy this game. It's fun and very cute. I actually played this game for months and thought I lost everything when I got a new phone but customer service was very helpful and found my data and was able to give me old game back. Not sure if I'm making sense I'm quite sick but 10/10 game and service 👏🏼

I love this game it’s so much fun and a great time killer I was waiting for my airplane to land and played this game for 6 hours straight 5 stars all the way

I hope the data can be interoperable, because after playing Android for a long time, I changed to Apple, and the data was gone.

I love this game I really do but the large amount of lag and bugs make it genuinely so unbearable. Like it’s so fun but at the same time the bugs are freaking awful. There’s so many bugs in this game that I’m so tempted to just stop playing and I’ve been at max for a while now like open new shops or something. I used to play this game so much and loved it but now I barely open the game, it’s not even fun anymore. It’s like a chore nowadays.

I love this game and rarely do I spend money on games but, I wanted to purchase the $5 diamond bundle. Not thinking that’s too outrageous just for me to be charged $12.98!? I don’t know why or even how to get my money back

I just downloaded this app a few days ago and I love how cute and entertaining it is. Everyday when I’m on a break or I come home, this is the first thing I go on. It is that fun and I would recommend trying it.

I’ve been going through a lot and this game has given me loads of fun through hard times. The hamsters are adorable, and so silly! I love it! The in app purchases all seem pretty reasonable too! And the developers really seem to care about their players. Thanks a bunch to them!

Is there a reason why the game cannot be played cross mobile? I have an iPhone and my friend has an android and we can never add each other it’s always an error, why am I following so many people and liking their apartment when they won’t even come like mine >:(

This game is super cute and there is so much to do! I’ve been addicted to it since the day I downloaded it. I did have one glitch that made my items disappear but support responded quickly and was able to restore my items! ☺️ great game! great support! My only recommendation would be to add a feature that allows you to reject an order when you don’t have the spawner that creates those items.

Really loving this game. It’s just fun to play and zone out. I love all the different cute hamsters as well.

I really like the design and gameplay. I easily get rewards and level up without having to pay. Unfortunately, the take out screen has a lot of glitches. With not being able to get order rewards, hamsters showing up in multiple places. It’s very frustrating. If the devs would work on the takeout feature this game would greatly improve!!

Great game with beautiful graphics! I’ve been playing for 4 months and there’s always lots to do. There’s no shortage on resources so there’s no difficulty playing whenever you want. There’s frequent events that keep the game engaging. Customer service is very responsive so I don’t mind investing a little, but in app purchases aren’t necessary to enjoy the game. Thanks for this one!

I honestly had my best experience with this game got me hooked on this I only had been playing for like uh a week and ITS SO GOOD I haven’t seen any bugs but I love hamsters I love this game PLEASE PLEASE get this you won’t regret 😛

This game is awesome I just found out how to get rid of junk in my research area. And opened a new fast food restaurant. So this game is awesome.

I love this addicting little app, the guild system is a welcome addition! Two suggestions - let players know WHAT word/phrase in their post is “inappropriate”, I had a totally normal message have this happen and I could not figure out what was wrong so I just gave up trying to post it. Second if we could have a little “like” that you could put on a message in the guild so people know you’ve viewed it would be a good addition
