I certainly enjoy this feature as it gives me important information as I live on back roads that are easily washed out.

Ads are brutally long

This app has been quite helpful in showing the exact locations of lightning with how long ago the strike was, something I haven’t seen in any other app. Keep up the great work!

The lightning sensor in iPhone acts like lightning on them and attracts lightning for fast recharge. Make sure to put your battery in Eco mode before running this app So you can get instant recharge if you get struck by lightning

I have used this app for years. It is great. Now it doesn’t load data. I am using iOS 15. Is 15 no longer supported?

This is a great app! It’s easy to set up how you need it, and seems super accurate. For school sports lighting delays, this app works great. Highly recommend this app!

I know it’s about making money, but the adds are really long

Love the lightening and thunder and the rain! Just don’t want any one to be harmed by it or have any flooding. 😊

Exceptional lighting app.

Only thing I don’t like are ads. If you are in a storm or anything you shouldn’t have to look at an ad that has a tornado or anything like that. The ads are long too. Overall yes it’s helpful. I like its simplistic style. There isn’t too much on the map. There are different maps to see lightening and another one just to see where the storm is. It’s not trying to do too much badly. It’s doing all things well. The graphics are clear and accurate to weather too. A lot of other apps try to fit too m

This app used to be awesome. But maybe because it’s free and there’s a pro version this free version will no longer allow a person to silence the alarms, or even lower the alarm volume. When lightning strikes the alarm is on full blast and startles every one. There’s no way to lower the sound. And no way to even test which sound one wants to choose, a fairly standard thing to offer. Thank goodness it did not alarm for each of the over 700 strikes we had recently, it alarmed for only 5 — but

It has good range and can be used with ease

I get it free apps need to generate revenue too. The full screen ads are a pain though.

This app hands down has the best real-time lightning data available to the public! And animation included for free! I run a similar lightning website for grlevelx software (freelightning dot com) and this app has helped me very much! I highly recommend it for staying updated when dangerous lightning is approaching. 5/5 stars! I don’t know what else to even suggest as this app has it all! Thank you! -Derek

Keith R.Carey I fish and sometimes you can’t see coming over the hills and trees around the rivers & Lakes I fish! I check my phone a few times to check weather !! They use to have a siren to warn you that’s a weather bulletin danger in your area! They don’t have that and when you’re a little hard hearing that really helped with a vibration. I wish they’d bring that back!!! It was a lot safer fo citizens as far as the watch & warnings go???

The most important app for convective activity.

Been using this app for years because it’s been for more remote locations when backpacking or hiking. With the newest update and the removal of the slidebar; which allowed users to see what the radar was like in future time intervals, I have to give this app 3 stars rather than the 5 that it deserves.

We have a Lab-Boxer trembles and pants whenever there is thunder. This app lets us know in advance to get her special weighted blanket ready and stop what we are doing to get reading for some comforting!
