There’s Something Wrong With The App. I Can’t Get To The Page Where I Upload My Pics, & Even When I Do Get There I Can’t Click On Which Console I’m Using & I Can’t Get Past That Stage. Can You Guys Fix This Problem ASAP‼️

The face scan is so bad , it’s ridiculous , I used it for my 2k21 character, and it looks like a caveman , nothing like me , literally don’t know how it could’ve been worst 🤦🏾‍♂️

I got the game when it was free with Epic Games. I wanted to use the face scan for mycareer and found out it doesn’t support Epic Games. Could you update it to work with Epic Games.

When I download it I click on my region the it says sight in with your console and i did that I click on my console and then it’s just loading can somebody help me

Entered a locker code on the app, got a successful message with what I was getting.. went on to my ps4 and logged onto myteam and received nothing.. what’s the use for the app if you entering locker codes and it doesn’t let you have it..

I’m on vacation right now and want to put in the locker codes, and this app lets me do it from my phone. Love it!!

This app is not a card game, instead it is a face scan for NBA 2k21 MyCareer. There is another card game that is on another app that is just the same.

Everything was working better than last year updates. Face scan are starting to look like me way more. The lockers codes work finally.

Stop complaining and go to the app dedicated to the card game NBA SuperCard.

This app is pretty good overall, but it would be better if we can copy and paste the codes it would take less time if we can copy and paste. Good app overall

Only used this for the Face Scan (which is trash) but this app was easy to use. All these other reviews sayin it doesn’t work. Well if you can’t use tech, then I guess I see why they can’t figure it out.

I loved the fact I could look at my player stats and compare them with my friends who play 2K. Bring that feature back along with the store.

I like the app it is nothing wrong with it for me just follow the instructions.

2k keeps resetting the face scans you gotta figure out a way to save them so we don’t have to keep scanning are face...

You should be able to access the auction house while in the app and be able to buy, sell, and bid on players

The PlayStation Network login doesn’t work

This game stinks cause there is no card gameplay if you do have gameplay plz put the Kentucky players in legend tier like maxey and quickley

when i try to do a face scan the whole app shuts down and it logs out of my xbox live account.
