Greetings and good afternoon. For the past two months, I have not be able to access my Optimum account via the app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but to now avail. What can I do?

Experiencing outages

My internet seems to be experiencing more outages in the last couple of weeks. At least twice a day it has been going out for a few minutes and coming back on. It’s been buffering a lot more lately also. It’s really frustrating!

Chat service

Called to get assistance on setting up my streaming. I was transferred 3 times in 20 minutes and each time I had to start all over again. It was a complete waste of time. I ended the chat because it was going nowhere.

Unexpected charge

I’ve been paying 50 bucks a lil over a year now, then it 65 what gives??? Are they needing more money outta me for 300mps of WiFi?
