There is nothing too bad about this app but I want to understand the updates.

Hello there this hospital is great but there is no operating room witch is very important for me to play around with

Everything’s great here but just saying maybe add like a covid test on account that covid is still a thing plus Omicrom and maybe like add a death look or graveyard something like that because people lose a loved one everyday trust me I lost two in my middle school year three or so years apart pls!

what kind of hospital does not have an OR?

I don’t and I’ll just sound I have a couple more doctors in a couple more rooms.
