The portal was really working very satisfactorily before the “upgrade” adventure was launched. Now after the claimed upgrade has been done, the portal is not at all loggable, usable and useful. I am terribly sorry about it!

The app works great but it’s been out of service for over a week, Central coast California. When will it be fixed? Thanks

Patient app for me has always been good even the update is great ppl who are not good with technical stuff or are good with computers will think this app is difficult when it is very self explanatory ppl just want to have their hand held and walked through step by step but I love the app

That’s all I can see when attempting to open the app and access a ct scan report for an appointment.

Hey developers, there are a lot of one star reviews for My Portal! Mine works but is quirky. First, it will not autosense and rotate for use with my iPad. So, instead of landscape, it is portrait mode and 90 degrees off. I mean facing Mecca is good for Muslim prayer, but for an app screen not so much! This should be an easy fix as there are about a million apps that already have solved that issue. Second, while it populates my ID, it does not ask me if i want to insert a password from
