I have to reboot my 13 pro max before each app update or the update won’t work
I’ve had the app for a while now and it’s resolved most of my problems regarding my router smh smh
Spectrum has been iffy in the past (and currently) with reoccurring outages and lack of customer service. Lately they have a decent automated customer service program and they can restart your technology via phone. The app is pretty explanatory and you can pay bills, check your router and modem status quickly.

Spectrum has been very good. Fast internet good customer service and kept the bill at the same price (give or take 2$). Keep it up guys. I also appreciate them working with me when times got hard. Solid company.

Too many outages! When the outages happen , it takes 24 hours to get internet back on. Hardly get notifications on app and txt messages when there is an outage! -.-

Spectrum is the best option for anyone who wants to get into the service industry and wants the best quality of service available on the market. Spectrum mobile and Spectrum Home service have both offered the upmost quality and price range available for you and your family in all areas including your local market area. I’m happy with both of those services because I have tried them out. Spectrum is the leader of them all.
I’m not that computer savvy so the app is very easy to use. Almost idiot proof it’s step-by-step and walks you through everything. Love it.

Very hard to navigate I still haven’t figured out how to change wifi password it’s like going in circles every time I get on this app. You can do better, Verizon app is much easier

I’m always trying to call spectrum to ask why my internet isn’t working. Other than that they are ok.
It would be nice if I could open the app and pay my bill even if it is cut off for non payment.
It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a service appointment using the Spectrum app. You have to have a Ph.d to even attempt that simple task. If I try to call, I’m on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Guess the repairman will just show up and we won’t answer the door!
The app has greatly improved their user experience and router is now in wifi 6.

Most people would probably agree that I am not the most tech savvy person however this App made me feel like a Pro. The ease of use is incredible, it’s fast at processing, I never get locked out. I actually enjoy paying my bill because of the ease of this app. Thank you Techies! ❤️

The app is great it tell me exactly when there’s scheduled maintenance right after it starts, makes it easy to plan around ya know? Also be sure to inspect your bill every month you could be the 1 in whatever that had tv added on unknowingly…. Twice.

We transferred mobile services from Verizon to Spectrum. We did it online with support rep who then mailed us new SIM cards. The instructions were easy to follow. It’s much cheaper (with the internet bundle promo). So far we really like it!
