This app makes it easy to pay my bill. My phone remembers my username and password, so I just have to press one button to pay a bill! Super easy!
I was considering canceling my Wi-Fi plan, but the person that helped me not only overnighted our box but saved us so much by offering us the holiday special and we are very happy to be hooked up again

Love my sales guy Rani Elias. He helped me transfer my number to my new cell phone. Made everything easy and seamless. Showed me how to operate my tv service and showed me how to set up my new phone I purchased from spectrum. Best of all he helped me save a ton of money on all my services. Couldn’t be happier with spectrum. I hope spectrum has more employees like him. Thats what i call customer service.
I have always been very happy with Spectrum until about 2 months ago when my phone (I thought) started to give me problems. Now I find out that there are signs along Hwy 150 that warn drivers their phones will be shut down due to dynamite blasts. This must be in a direction of our home, thru the woods so to speak. What I need is someone to tell me how to fix this problem. Thank you!

It’s always expected to have slower internet but we keep getting the highest speed and no difference.
I brought my own device. Activation was quick and easy. I saved more by bundling. What a great deal this was thank you spectrum.

Outage alerts are on point. Easy to pay ur bill and easily use to check who’s using ur wifi.

My special price keeps increasing. It was $116, now $126.69,with nothing changed on my acct but their fees. For the last two nights, I have been encountering buffering a lot! I have no idea why, other than maybe “too many people on”?. With 500 mbps internet speed, I would t think one person should gave this problem.

I’ve had the app for a while now and it’s resolved most of my problems regarding my router smh smh
Spectrum has been iffy in the past (and currently) with reoccurring outages and lack of customer service. Lately they have a decent automated customer service program and they can restart your technology via phone. The app is pretty explanatory and you can pay bills, check your router and modem status quickly.

Spectrum has been very good. Fast internet good customer service and kept the bill at the same price (give or take 2$). Keep it up guys. I also appreciate them working with me when times got hard. Solid company.

Too many outages! When the outages happen , it takes 24 hours to get internet back on. Hardly get notifications on app and txt messages when there is an outage! -.-

Spectrum is the best option for anyone who wants to get into the service industry and wants the best quality of service available on the market. Spectrum mobile and Spectrum Home service have both offered the upmost quality and price range available for you and your family in all areas including your local market area. I’m happy with both of those services because I have tried them out. Spectrum is the leader of them all.
I’m not that computer savvy so the app is very easy to use. Almost idiot proof it’s step-by-step and walks you through everything. Love it.

for some reason on the app, it says I have a connection issue with my Wi-Fi but my Wi-Fi works perfectly fine. Either update your app or update your outdated equipment.
