Been using My Verizon app for awhile but pretty much every time I try to do something with my network or wi-fi profiles it keep crashing or error messages and glitching
User friendly experience
I like that I get notifications on savings that are available to my plan. This just shows how Verizon takes care of there customers.
I like that it is Easy to navigate, and you don’t have to physically talk to someone to change things on your plan
Glad they don’t try to make it difficult to add or remove services. Everything is straight forward.

I just upgraded because I was using 5G which is completely throttled where I live so the UW is doing it’s job.

We’ve been with Verizon for more than 25 years (since it was bellsouth mobility), and it is hands down the best mobile service anywhere. We’ve been all over the east coast and the British Isles with no problems at all. 🙌🏼

I tried to change to 1 star but could not! Tried to pay my promise to pay bill through app. It was impossible, so inefficient. I am tech savvy. Called customer service after hours. The robot was extremely helpful.
In case I had any doubts… I was able to complete several enrollment tasks via the Verizon app while I was waiting for the Comcast bot to come back on and complete my account cancellation. Any doubts about canceling Comcast? None! Am I happy with Verizon? Absolutely!
Everything Verizon posts on their pages is easy to navigate, even for a Luddite like me!
The mobile app makes it easy
I only gave a 4 star review because I think $15 a month for Verizon cloud is too much money! If it was 5.00 a month I would have no problem, but us seniors cannot afford that!

I was apprehensive about the mobile because I kept running into forms that would not work, but I have had three good instances where I accomplished what I needed. So I think it's getting better quick

“There is no easy way to see if i can use phone for $10 a day in Europe. I have entered date of travel more than 5 x. I have tried to select correct phones. I hope i succeeded in getting plan set up. Wish i knew what i was doing wrong
Look Verizon is the best phone company you can have. The benefits are sooooo good. The fact you can you your account to buy other things like games and online purchases is just one of them. I don’t never leave reviews but I never be more proud of giving my money to a business. The service is great and the costumer service is great. The app is so good easy simple to use. I literally convince my family and all my friends to come to Verizon. Love the company. You can tell they truly care about the

Don’t like the new app I always have to call in to make a payment. I’ve tried multiple times to make a payment on the app and it always tells me to choose a payment option meaning my card or bank , and I already have it set up for my bank and it gives me “something went wrong “ so i have to call and they want to charge me $10 for paying with a representative. I also can never find anything on the new app meaning when I had a reward I couldn’t find were to locate it to collect.
I’m noticing many issues. Mainly, Face ID needs to be enabled every time you log in, the app isn’t well integrated digit wallets (if I need to add/change a card number, IOS password manager is prompted not saved cards), while in the app I have to continually give permission to access my account. I find it better to manage my Verizon account via a mobile web browser rather than this app. It can get the job done but it’s going to be a hassle.
I downloaded the app to see what upgrades to my service are available and it didn’t give me an option to upgrade my FIOS speed; didn’t show other tv options, and the bill section looks like I’m getting overcharged about $180/month. So, in a nutshell, the app is of no use to me.
