Every time I enter this store someone says “Hello welcome to ATT We will be with you soon or how can I help you” I had 2 employees handle my questions and although they were quite busy they answered all my questions. Christerfer and Damien Please thank them

Impossible to speak to a rep

I am trying to pay my bill by paper bill. Through some fault of AT&T you have my wrong address in your system and 3 of your phone operators have told me I would receive a paper bill and I never have. Now AT&T has threatened to cut off my service in spite of it being their fault. If they cut me off, I will be irreparably damaged. Peter Abadie

Unable to change plan through app

Wanting to cut my monthly costs, I tried to switch my uverse channel package. Supposedly I have the ability to do this in the app, although, in the account portion where it says “change my tv plan” and “add or remove channels” neither work. It just takes me in circles and am unable to make any changes. If I want to follow through and make changes I have to call att? How much does each help representative’s time cost which all winds up going to overhead which is ultimately paid by us users. It se

Confused

Every time I try logging into my AT&T wireless service it redirect me to DIRECTV. I’m just kind of aggravated because I’m being running around in circles on a very, not user-friendly website.

App needs improvement

The app is designed horribly. You can’t just click “pay my bill” you have to click one link to get to another to then pay your bill. It’s very annoying.
