Phone Haye!

I don’t even like these phones but the app about medical care is invaluable! Ha I even use use directions to get there ! Me and weeds and phoneý poor old phone, I tell it I hate it thrown to the carpeted floor! Carpeted floors.phone hate

Cover page is so annoying

Please provide an option to remove the new cover page that pops up before being able to log in. This is so annoying to close it out every time before you’re able to log into the app.

FaceID placebo

Not sure what the point of implementing FaceID is if I’m still going to have to put in my password every time.

Dr Navarro

I really appreciate Dr Navarro and an thankful that he accepted me as a patient.

Video appointment scheduling

Appointment scheduling for video is confusing. Too many returns to verify who you are. This causes frustration and no appointment being scheduled. I am still trying to schedule.

Nice app

I have no idea why so many people complain. Nice working app. It’s got everything you need.

Appointments added to calendar

This past week I have not been able to post my appointments to my Google calendar. I try to update the settings but calendar is not an option any longer

No user friendly

Really bad app , not user friendly

Won’t Send Pictures

The app had been fine for me except for the fact that I can’t send my doctor attachments (photos) or files. Every time it says I suddenly have a “network issue” when I try to upload images but everything else sends and loads fine so it’s obviously a bug they need to fix. Please fix the bug, that is why I am leaving this review lol

Worst app ever!!!

The app is constantly unable to load and kicks you off as a result. No matter how strong your WiFi or service is, the app is unpredictable. Often logging you out as a result.

UI is absolutely atrocious

Needs a modern revamp, looks like this was made in 2013 and hasn’t changed since. Functional enough to get what you need but not a gold experience

New Doctor Search Doesn’t Work

When trying to use the new doctor search option it never loads.

Glitches

Would be awesome if it didn’t glitch all the time. RN I am not able to login because it needs to be updated, BUT IT’S ALREADY UPDATED?!?! Come on guys… get it together.

Cannot Open App AT ALL

Ever since the last update, I cannot open the app. When I click on it, it opens for 1 second but always closes. I have been having to go to My Atrium through my online browser because the app is unusable I have already uninstalled and re-installed the app as well and nothing works…

Downhill with latest update

This latest update makes the app not go to my atrium health and goes straight to finding care at urgent care or ER. Face ID no longer works. Have to go to web address and log in old way. Makes no sense. No way to change it in settings that I see.

Apple watch

New app looks good but will not link to Apple Watch.

Missing one convenient item

With my Wake we were able to set up a 4 digit code to get in. Here we have to enter the full password. Think I will go in on my computer as much as possible

I can’t book appointments!

At least with my chart I was able to book my kids well check & urgent care appointments. I am one of those ppl who rather book appointments through the app and with this app it’s only giving me the option to book a 1st newborn check up for my daughter… she’s 4!
