I am sorry I have severe headaches I have them on a daily bases. I even take meds for taking migraines that my doctor prescribed. At one time I even took injections for migraines, they did not work as well as the pills I took. I took 2x 50mg tabs often because Sumatriptan Succ 50mg 1-2 tabs for headaches. The Sumatriptan works very well for me.

My daughter love Dr Garza and felt at ease with her. Was as so sweet and informative about all we had questions for.

I’ve always had them, and it’s nice to get the reminder of the upcoming appointment and a reminder to complete the E check in. Lately, I’m not getting them. So I went in the app and I had my phone number and everything in there for text messages and then I saw a tiny little message that said you will not receive text messages unless you subscribe. What? The only reason I did not give 5 stars is early in the year BSW web was set up to add Doctors appointment to my daily calendar. Now I have to manually add my appointments to my daily calendar. When the web site was set up to ADD TO DAILY CALENDAR,no mistakes on any transferring date to my daily calendar was made. I have tried to get this handy feature returned back to the web site but all people that I have talk to don’t know how to do it or don’t care about my problem on this issue. If this fe

This app is well developed to help you find a doctor, schedule appointments and stay in touch with your medical team. Easy to use and very intuitive.

I had surgery in February and was hospitalized eight days & the staff was nothing short of amazing to me and treated me well even though I didn’t have insurance and still continue to give above and beyond service to me with all my postop and different appointments I still have…….

Just learning how to use the app, but I love it so far. It is not too difficult to navigate. I can find my appointments, test results, messages and probably more. I'm happy that I tried the app; I usually don't. Because I get frustrated so quick, but I had no problem with this one.

Very frustrating to not be able to just print results without downloading first.

The app has problems and need development. I received the letter and it was marked under messages, but I could not see it under messages but later on, I was able to find it under letters which is in a whole different section. If I have not found this outI would’ve missed my referral.

I am trying to get an appointment with Dr J Anderson and although I have seen him numerous times, he does not show up on my list of Doctors. I chatted with the hip line this morning and was told that his office would call me to set up an appointment. It is almost 4:00 and no one has called.

Constantly not accepting my username or password. Tired of it.

When this interface is working properly it is very smooth. However, I’m unable to do anything on the app at the moment. My upcoming appointments don’t show, msgs, test results.. nothing but my name. Very inconvenient. It’s been like this for a few days.
