Much easier to use than any other medical application I have used. It gives you all the information you require at your fingertips. You don’t have to be a computer geek to use this. Excellent program.

The patient portly is very, very useful to me. It’s a way for me to communicate with my care givers. Very unusual in this day and age. And it’s a two way communication. Very helpful.

Right in the middle of my filling out requested information, the server kicked me out. Do not know if the message was saved or not

This save the patients a lot of time checking in before the visit.

They are very confusing as not knowing whether to go, call or do nothing.. Also needed items are outdated and no way to update such as shots or tests.

I have utilized different apps but MyChart stands out to be the best app to reach out with your health professionals

This has been amazing! When I first downloaded MyChart I was admitted into the hospital it helped me to know what nurse I was having, or doctors that was coming to see me. It also gave me a run down of what my day would be as if I had any test or procedures. It made ordering breakfast lunch and dinner so easy especially when their was a time it was hard for me to speak.

My chart keeps me up do date with scheduling appts, refilling scripts, viewing tests, communications with my health care provider and staff. Overall it’s much easier than playing phone tag.

This is a fantastic tool! The test results are instantaneous! If you are interested in following your test results this is a fabulous tool. During my stay in the hospital, I monitored my progress through the test results. It allowed me to have more knowledgeable discussions with my healthcare providers! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay engaged with the process!

MyChart is an excellent method of directly accessing my medical history, appointments, and contacting my care team. The pop ups remind me of upcoming appointments, and let me know when test results are available. I find this system to be a quick, easy and efficient way to keep up with my entire medical record, and keep track of past and future events. Overall, this is a big help to me.

Please adjust the algorithm settings to allow Users to see their letters, numbers and special characters when creating passwords. It is frustrating to not see what one is typing when creating strong passwords that includes characters. Also, it would help to list the password requirements upfront, not after several attempts to create one. Thank you. Warm Regards A User

I really like MyChart. It makes getting questions answered fast and easy. I always get a quick response from a medical assistant or the doctor. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate.

Wonderful tool in Healthcare. It makes communicating with doctor and nurses very simple and effective.

I like the convenience of MyChart, especially being able to switch between different providers and my pharmacy. The reminders are also very helpful!

Not only did I benefit from using this application, now that I have three beautiful children, I can also monitor everything from this one app and switch between profiles, which is amazing! Everything is out of finger touch and I can even reach out to the doctors from here. Overall, I do love this app.

I have found MyChart to be an invaluable method of tracking visits, learning test results, getting messages and checking on medications. It is easy to access and has an option so that family and friends can access my information. I use it multiple times a day and have confidence that I am not missing significant information regarding my treatment.

Latest app is broken. The frame where you input payment method does not show the full frame so you only get cancel and back option. No option to complete the payment. Other than that, love the app.

I think it’s awesome that I can reach my doctors no matter what department they specialize in I have an almost instant response from either team no matter what I need/answer

I love the my chart app, I get to sign in with ease. Order my meds, review my information sign in online before appointment making it easier to avoid standing in line. I would love it, if I had more access to my thirteen year old daughters profile. She is a minor, therefore I am her guardian. She is a minor so she can’t access her profile. It makes no sense, wish it was different.

It’s really confusing because just in front page It’s really difficult because on front page shows more information that distracts me. I don’t know how organize the things I’m already done working with. So it’s hard to know or getting to know what’s the app is capable of

I absolutely loved this app I holds all the information I need and lets me know when I am overdue for an appointment.

I love my chart. It helps me keep all the information that is so important, together. I firmly believe the doctors who have access to get information from other doctors can make better decisions about your care. I never want to go back to the way things were before my chart. As an African-American, it isThe best way to advocate for yourself. Having your own data in your pocket is the best way to hold doctors accountable.

Need to make it easier to cleanup past stuff still showing on my screen. I paid ahead on a CT scan, show that plus show where I get it credited back to me. Because I haven’t seen a refund. Guthrie is going down in the gutter.

I wish every hospital in the US was able to connect to one MyChart. I don’t know how to add doctors I have in other networks so I could reach out to them. Is there a way? I loved when I was in the hospital and got my test results before the doctor got them👏🏻

I’ve had a couple of blood test for Dr Lee this year/month that are not on my dashboard, and Dr Frietag complains he does not get those results either.

I love the My chart app. It the perfect way to communicate non urgent infor with my doctor
