My chart is absolutely the best because it is easy to communicate medical records and physician notes to the patient, as well as sending messages to the Physician. Lab reports come quickly and the best part is that if you work within two different medical system, your records are there for both all in one place, and can be transferred back-and-forth if necessary as you desire

Very user friendly!

I love being able to go in and look at my test results. Look at what appointments that I need to schedule is very convenient and easy to use the app.

Have zero complaints about this app MyChart have never ran into any problems. I highly recommend using this app if it’s what you’re healthcare providers uses.

This step in “check in” is NOT complete ! Need to add a choice for “use secondary insurance “.

This app is amazing it keeps you updated on the latest updates and helps you manage your doctor appointments. Just wish that I’ll all the note from your appointments but otherwise it’s great.

I can send notes to my doctor, get lab reports before the doctor does lol, refill prescriptions, pay my bills, make appointments, see both my husband’s and my health information at a glance, see what’s coming up, what preventive appointments are due, and the list goes on…

I use to go in and just sit a bill from thus screen. It show’s no payment due but guest correlate with statement. I don’t understand.

I wish every provider would use this app. It’s a brilliant way to communicate everything.

Setup the prescription reminders to only show those that need to be refilled. I mistakenly reordered a couple that were not needed yet.

So thankful for this! Its convenient and easy to navigate. It is also nice to have health test results at the tip of your fingers. So thankful!

Interesting. But still don’t understand what each item represents. Sort of confusing.

To make an appointment it is easy with My Chart because all the information is already in my Chart and when you get to your appointment all you have to do to check in is use the barcode.

Outstanding. That’s why My Chart is. Easy to use. Sends updates when needed. Access to my medical information. Appointments. Able to contact my doctor when needed.

I wish this app would stop sending me constant offers of sooner appointments. I don’t want a sooner appointment but I have to keep getting these notices multiple times per day. Is there a way to turn that off without turning off other, relevant notifications?

Setting up this app has always been a headache. My iPhone doesn’t recognize the information prompts, and you have no shortcuts . Doesn’t remember your password, etc. Changed my password as requested, but couldn’t login. FOR DAYS! Sooooo, I trashed the app out of my phone…. Start over. Working now. Will never respond to that request again!!!!

Most apps have an option for you to send your doctor or his team a message this app only permits you to reply with standard replies to a message you receive.

Love this I can communicate with my physician and staff without having to hold on to a phone call I can review results and ask questions This is simply the best way to keep up with your health.

What a perfect app for all patients to use. It stores all your medical info in one place.. keeps track of your appointments, your test results, your medications and a brief description of all procedures done and by what doctor(s) amazing

Every time I get a new phone all the medical places do not carry over. Having to find, add, my user name and passwords in. I have 5-7 places to add. Its a pain. Once everything is added its pretty good.

It’s an easy app to use and you can send messages to your doctor and you get responses rather quickly

I use Mychart for any medical questions that I may have this includes medication questions. It’s fast and easy and I’m very thankful that my doctors and my mom’s doctors always get back with us in a timely manner. It’s better then sitting on the phone for prolonged periods of time . I highly recommend Mychart

I have been using UCSF Mychart for as long as I can remember and it’s very convenient !! It’s easy user friendly and packed with all your health information as well as useful instructions. I mostly use it for correspondence with my providers. Would definitely recommend !!

All of the staff have been great. I haven’t been going here that long but every time I come it is a very pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable as well!

I love using the MyChart App! Appointment dates, reminders, checkins, messages reviews, medical notes and responses are now easily at the “tip of my finger”. No more having to log into my computer to check these things out. I love using the app!! 👍🏽👍🏽

I love this app because it lets me read the results of my test. I get to send messages to Dr. & nurse with quick turnaround for response.

Much easier to use than any other medical application I have used. It gives you all the information you require at your fingertips. You don’t have to be a computer geek to use this. Excellent program.

Using MyChart to contact my doctor is the easiest way ever.

90% of my test results are not loaded into my chart.

Very difficult to log in!

I see no sense in sending a verification code to my phone when I am using face recognition to open MyChart from my own personal cell phone.

If app was more informative and easier to use and understand

Showing “amount due” seems to be something new. It would be nice if that did not appear until after insurances had paid what they will. The so-called “amount due” is now prompting the office receptionists to ask about the amount due when checking in for appointments. For older patients this can cause confusion and anxiety and they may pay the bill not realizing they didn’t actually owe that amount. Then they would have to wait the long process of getting their money back.
