3 Negative User Reviews for MyCigna

Home Screen doesn’t work

None of the buttons respond. I see a comment from another person with the same issue. Get it together Cigna.

No where on how to pay

I have been turning myself inside and out trying to find out where I can pay on line my monthly fee. I’m frustrated that this is not more simplified. Instead I have to go through layers upon layers of different things to find it & still can’t find it and when I call everything is automated. When you finally get to a person they can’t help you. Not sure what to do.

Forget about using it with a password manager

The app is not passing an Associated Domain to iOS Password AutoFill, in line with Apple's AutoFill guidelines.
