Source of truth

Today was a challenging day for flying. Crowdstrike cause a global cyber shutdown of many window applications the cause disruptions with airlines. I typically fly with Delta who has normally operated efficiently through their online app, till today. Nothing is working well with Delta’s on line service and I was not getting clear information. I logged on to CWT and they provided solid information that allowed me to get to my connecting flight on time.

I find this site not so easy to search for old dates and entry options not available for global entry.

Very poor app

My trips do not show up when I use this app to book them. My hotel and car rentals get split into multiple trips. If you change the date of a trip it blocks your calendar for the original dates. CWT does not have access to all available seats on various airlines.
