I’ve been having menstrual cycle issues and so I downloaded this app in January and in addition to using the offered symptom buttons I’ve been keeping notes in the notes section. Well, they updated the app and no longer have a place for notes and all of my notes from the last 6 months are gone.
I love the insights and that there isn’t ads. However the calendar is not user friendly. I find it very hard to edit, update, and change period cycles. I understand the color coordination, but I feel like it makes it very difficult to see what month you’re in. I think breaks in each month would be very helpful.
Super helpful but also very buggy. Its frustrating when i need to scroll down to read or click something but it wont scroll. :-(
This app has become vital in keeping track of my hormones however the bugs are infuriating. I am asked to reset my password everyday and it is a long and confusing process that needs to be done separately on each of my devices each time .
I love the content of this app and it’s tracking capabilities, but year after year the app forces me to change my password and then locks me out. Last year it was for over a month, which is ridiculous for a MONTHLY cycle tracking app! These repeated issues are never addressed or explained online or via email and the main focus of the app is mainly just push supplements and workshops. I’d love to recommend this app to my friends, but not until these glitches are fixed.
Was better three years ago. New app is kind of confusing. Today i received notice i had to change my password before i could record something and after following prompts for two days ive received an error notice. And, now after three years cannot use it. If you read your reviews id like some help.
Changed my life; I have PCOS and have struggled to better understand when to expect my next period and how my cycle is impacting my mood, sleep, diet, etc. This app, along with Alisa’s amazing book, has been game changing. Thank you!
Love the extra features, the food and exercise tips, but every so often it forgets my password and when I log back in my data is gone and I have to start all over. It won’t let me edit my most recent period, it wants me to edit the last one the app says I had, which today was six months ago because they lost my data again. It’s just too annoying since this is the third time it’s happened.
It’s not bad, but could use some UI/UX updates and more features. For example, I’m not able to edit my cycle if I add a wrong date. That’s a bit annoying. I don’t regret purchasing it, but I was hoping for something a little better.
I have been on the hunt for an app that would track my cycle and give info on each phase. This app does that plus gives so much insight.
Im loving this new update. It looks much better than before, easier to find information. Ive used this app for a couple years now and I love paying attention to my cycle phases. It’s great to notice how I feel, then confirming on the app that my hormones are working the way they’re supposed to.
I find the run on of the calendar to be very distracting and confusing. I think it would be more appealing and easier on the brain and eyes to have the months departed by at least a space. Start the next month on the next time.
I was frustrated when the app was going through an update that caused my tracking to go a little haywire for about a month. Now that it’s up and running again I downloaded it over again and am once again loving this accessible personal tracker
The new app update I do not like!
I love all the features and information provided by this app. However, it frequently glitches and doesn’t allow me to open the app—especially after recent app update.
now i can’t sign in! i have to make a new password and when i do i get an internal server error??
Seems this app is no longer receiving updates or being serviced. It was fantastic until it stopped working :/
It used to be a great app, I loved tracking and always knowing what to expect with my cycle. Until the app just stopped working. I lost months and months of tracking data 😭
App is broken. Loved it while it lasted but it’s a goner
I love this app. However, I have to delete and download it again every few weeks because it just stops working. Super frustrating as I find it really helpful but it’s almost not worth the hassle anymore.
Finally there’s a period tracker app that is useful!
I love the app, it’s intuitive and has been accurate for me. It can be super glitchy sometimes though. I’ve had to delete and re-download several times.
The only thing missing in my opinion is a couldn’t sync with the app all my period history. I would like to add it. Hopping you make an app update to add it with the health sync.
I love the app and the cycle recommendations, and the symptom tracking. I wish it synced to Apple health or some other apps. I just bought an Oura ring, and I wish I could have all of my info in one spot.
For a while now I haven’t been able to add any data during any other phase besides menstration. I do still use it for information for cycle syncing and food/exercise recommendations based on phases.
Like the current top reviewer said 1yr ago, the app basically kind of stops working at a few weeks in. Which is sad since I haven't gotten through a full cycle. Guess I'm get a different one to do the work...?
This App has potential. The website for Flo living is highly functional, but the app don’t not reflect this. My flo should feature the knowledge you pay for through the membership on the website.
I’ve tried a few different apps, plus Apple health and Fitbit and MyFLO is by far the best. It give you useful tips, and tracks all of my symptoms.
There is no way to lengthen/customize the menstruation phase to match your exact cycle. Disappointing.
This app has helped me so much. Instead of being on GO mode all month, I am learning to honor the phases and safeguard my energy to avoid burnout. Highly recommend this app to anyone!
This app has been great until August 10th.Since then I have not been able to log any notes or symptoms.
Love this app and the concept. Love the specific suggestions and education. My only suggestion would be to have a way to track actual moods and feelings as well as more symptoms.
This is my favorite cycle app but I constantly have to delete it and reinstall because it stops allowing me to add info or see past info. It also takes forever for the cycle length to adjust.
Such a detailed informative layout! 💙
Hoped to find more help without having to pay for the recovery mended “options”, but feel it’s a tease bit to find a real helping cause (possibly), you must pay $50-$1.5k extra!
I’ve always struggled with managing my hormones, but this app makes it so easy! They tell you where you are in your cycle, what is happening and ways to improve your balance. I’ve tried other apps and this is the best!
I love this app. Has accurately tracked my period within a day since I started using it.
At first I loved the app, but for the last few weeks I haven’t been able to add any daily symptoms or track other details of my cycle. Please update or fix whatever bug so that I can actually benefit from using the app again
Love this app. Can you add water retention as a symptom?
I really like the tracking that can be done with the app, but it regularly fails to allow for daily notes so I have to delete and reload it.
Its a really good app but it freezes really often and you have to delete and redownload.
I’ve bought this app about 4 months ago & have used it daily to track symptoms, but 2 days ago it just stopped working and refuses to let me log in anything???? I really would appreciate some help on this.
I read the book and was excited about the app. The concept is amazing but the tech of this app is really flawed. After a couple weeks of tracking, I couldn’t anymore. The app is essentially non-functional other than read only functions. :/
After reading the book and being enticed to purchase the app, I did so. This app provides nothing special, very generic. What would make this app even better, continued education and formative information. Too basic
I was excited to use this app but it worked all of a few times. Now I can no longer input symptoms. Seems like others are having the same issue. Bummed no one is fixing it since it’s a paid app.
