Edit: This app now works properly on my phone. It was not working correctly after installing / deleting/ then reinstalling. I posted a negative review and the developer promptly reached out to me. Before I submitted a support ticket, I decided to delete & install one last time and now everything works. I’m sorry for my negative review. The app works.

Too expensive

I like frontier. But too expensive

Messed up

I just tried to add my new credit card to pay my bill THREE times. It says “something went wrong”. I just signed out. I’m only trying three times. Frustrating to try to pay my bill and then can’t!🙄

Horrible product, horrible app, horrible service

The app was not the least bit helpful in helping me figure out why I didn’t have internet service for 5 days when all my neighbors around me with Frontier did. The chatbot feature would not even remotely try to give me answers and, if you called, you just got an automated message saying they’re aware of the outages and a representative wouldn’t have any more info than that.

Review

Add Apple Pay. It’s getting old now that so many companies won’t implement it. With the endless about of data breaches. And that’s just the ones we know about not having to enter your financial info should be a no brainer for every company. Get on it frontier!

App never works

Every single time I go to pay my bills the app is always down, every. Single. Time. You charge ridiculous amounts to not have a decent app.

Never works

I’ve only had this app for a few weeks and 90% of the time, it not working. Hard to try to manage another home’s service when you can get the app to work.
